58 People Were Killed In Las Vegas, We Still Don’t Know Why Or How, And Nobody Cares

I am going to break the rules of the Internet Hot Take Industry and write about an old story that nobody cares about anymore. We have gone on to other topics, and then other topics, and then other topics, and other topics, etc. The news cycle moves at the speed of sound. Events from last week are a distant memory and news from October may as well have occurred during the Cretaceous Period.

Still, I can’t help but recall, ever so faintly, that little thing known at the time as the worst mass shooting in American history. If memory serves, a wealthy 64-year-old gambler named Stephen Paddock murdered 58 people and injured hundreds from the window of his luxury hotel room. In the days after the slaughter, nobody could figure out why he did it, or how he managed to pull it off. So, we all kind of shrugged our shoulders and moved on. The questions were never answered.

It is now two months later and we know as much today as we knew six hours after the shooting. But nobody is talking about it anymore. It’s as if it never happened.

what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas

It was a cover up from the get-go. The cops were so focused on covering up their total failure in responding to the assault on the concert goers, that no truth could come out of their "investigation." "Forget about it" is what they want us to do. Knowing the truth (that one got away during their Keystone Kops response) is what the ones in charge of the investigation want to never get out. It WAS a terrorist act on someone's part. And they don't want us to know it.

very strange how that all just seemed to go away!

I'm guessing the murderer must not have leaned right. Otherwise we'd have been talking about it everyday since.

What is really strange is that if you ask people around that area about the shooting they tell you that they will not discuss it and the subject gets changed. Supposedly there are too many people that are now turning up dead so yes something is definitely not right about this shooting but the subject is off limits in that area of the country.

They know why he did it and they will never tell you. The government made a big mistake and will not own it.

Tells me we could "Clean up Salisbury", and no one would care ether. Time for an all out purge of the drug users, dealers, and other criminals.

It was a team of shooters.
Geez.
Wake up folks.

The evidence of video is all over Youtube.
Go do a search.

This event was a psyop against the population (country music white repubs) and the killing field was well protected so few could escape.
