This was on the internet until the doctor who worked in the field died and then they pulled all his research and documentation off the internet. It is called ION technology and our country isn't the only country with this technology. I printed all his research because I was fascinated with the capability to alter the weather. Went to print it for a friend and found it was no longer of the web. ODD
Look up harrp in Alaska. Nothing new to see here. Ruskies chinks doing it to. Think about the implications. Cause famine earthquakes storms etc. Be hard for countries to make war or defend themselves. While dealing with numerous natural disasters. Same thing for AI whoever gets there first will rule the world.

So where do they get the power for those lasers? The largest nuclear power plant in the world has a capacity of about 8000 Mega Watts. Not enough.
