Talking on a cell phone, concealed weapon AND lives in MD?
HAHAHAHA Another winner at the IDIOT game!!
Handsfree law is all about stopping/searching vehicles. Very little to do with safety. Tax on poor people. Wealthy folks have cars with integrated phone systems.
So, arrest on violating an anti-2A law. An inalienable right as described, like freedom of speech. A right endowed on us by our Creator and stolen from us by the State unconstitutionally.
Think about that.
The man has every right to have that gun no matter his age or color or religion or anything. He is a Human Being, and That's his qualification.
Get me on that jury.
So because someone drives an older car it gives you the right to talk on the phone?
Why not seize the weapon and get charges on him later like they did with the Delaware senator. Again, double standard based on the senator's position or other factors. The senator broke a FEDERAL law but was able to continue on his way without being arrested.
Not too bright are you 9:36? Nobody said anything remotely close to your summation. The law was/is designed to target those people that do talk on the phone without handsfree. It targets people that cannot afford newer vehicles and talk on the phone while driving not using handsfree. Show me a mother driving that gets a text 911 from a child that doesn't pickup the phone and call immediately.
I'll bet he's already carrying a replacement for the gun they took from him.
