A Montgomery County man was charged with multiple hunting violations May 8 by an officer acting on a citizen tip.

Shawn Patrick Snider, 35, of Damascus, received citations for hunting waterfowl out of season and killing waterfowl on the water. He received a written warning for hunting without permission.

When officers arrived at Snider’s home, they saw two dead geese laying in the driveway. One of the geese had been banded in 2013 in Darnestown, about 15 miles south.

Rockfish at the food bank. No-shows at the courthouse.

If the goal is compliance with the fishing regulations of MD, it would seem that signs in the area of the bridge in english and spanish as well as a few signs along the route to Fishing Creek would work. If too stupid to follow the law, then off to jail.

Look at those names, where are these people from? They are definitely too stupid to follow the law cause in their respective countries they didn't have to, now they are here and think they can do the same. Deport them, all of them.

Hispanics disobeying the law. Why is no one surprised?

Why don't they just put a guard post at the foot of the bridge?

It takes a Lawyer to figure out the regulations that are posted on their sight and none of these people can probably read at all.
