Carroll County woman to appear on 'Naked and Afraid'

When she was young, Gabrielle Balassone, of Westminster, always wanted to host her own nature show. While she dreamed of spending days outside helping audiences appreciate nature, those dreams probably would have transitioned into nightmares if she knew she'd do all of that while hungry, in the nude and operating on just a few hours of sleep.

On Sunday, Balassone makes her television debut, as the Discovery Channel airs her episode of "Naked and Afraid" — a survival show in which guests are left out in the wilderness with no food, shelter or even clothes.

My kids were watching a reality show on MTV with 22 people that the show is supposed to make them a perfect match to win up to a million dollars. There were ghetto trash on there hooking up with young white trash. The got to have sex in the Boom Boom Room if they wanted to.

MTV has turned into a pure ghetto network and they try to force interracial sex down our throats.

I told my kids not to turn that shit on anymore.

Why MTV changed from a rock and roll video channel to ghetto trash I have no idea. They already have BET!!

Anyone that lets their pretty white daughters on those MTV reality shows with those ghetto bums have neglected their children. Why do they have to mix the races on those shows when BET has absolutely no white people unless they put them in low positions. Every TV show or movie that has white people has to automatically have black people, but not on BET or any other black shows!!

Thank God we have Country Music!!

The European broadcasting of this show is not edited with digital pixels or fuzziness over sex parts, you see it all. This survival show is a true survival show, not many could finish 21 days naked, and in the conditions these folks endure.
