The one thing that keeps young black men from progressing is lack of hope. It's 'hope' that keeps us all moving forward. It makes us try harder, it makes us sacrifice for ourselves and our families.
What those folks did at UPS was gave that young man 'hope', not just a car. What an awesome group of coworkers.
I think that our new POTUS is working on giving all of us hope.
