Are you going to stop and frisk every black male in dark clothing? That include a black priest in his priest clothes?

@9:23 who said stop and frisk was just for African Americans only?? Or are you just trying to make it a race issue 🤔

Folks Stop an Frisk came from a Supreme Court Decision in Terry vs Ohio.
The decision was simply this: The decision protected an individual for violation of his/her Fourth Amendment Rights against Unlawful Search and Seizure is not violated when a Police Officer stops a suspect on the street and frisks him or her without Probable Cause to Arrest if the Police Officer has reasonable suspicion that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime and has a reasonable belief the person may be armed and presently dangerous. This is basically a "Pat Down" for any offensive weapon and not limited to just a Handgun.

Ummm, the suspects are black males in dark clothing. That's all I interpreted from 9:23's comment. Give it a rest.
