I've seen similar incidents like this before - Scenario:
1. Renter gets eviction notice.
2. Renter's security deposit - forfeited.
3. Renter's gets evicted - Furniture thrown-out or deposited in front of residence near sidewalk.
4. Renter gets mad - returns for reprisal action.
5. Landlord's property gets torched or residence's construction is literally destroyed.
Just ride down RR avenue and/or Delaware Ave and look for yourself.
well 12:26 lovely and very christian of you to falsely elude to a particular person with out any actual evidence.
Doesn't mean it's not a likely scenario.
To 12:35 - Why are you so surprised? Didn't you read the fire report on the Incendiary? For crying out loud, if the shoe fits, wear-it.

if its a gni property its probably better to burn it down and have the occupants stay at halo. that goes as well for all the properties owned by members of the county council
1:03 doesn't mean it is.
1:25 PM Does it mention who set the fire? Or were you there?
1:25 seems to know way too much information on the situation.
@3:32
That is what happens when you can read and retain said information.
We have too many rentals in Wicomico county.
5:32 Would you rather the homes be vacant and either fall in to disrepair or have squatters dealing drugs out of them?.
