Shortly after, Lynch gave a statement claiming that she would listen to whatever the FBI told her to.
However, Comey has just slipped up and gave away the fact that Lynch & the Department of Justice would never “bring the case” against Hillary.

Ken Buck establishes that Hillary did, in fact, know that as Secretary of State she would be receiving classified information in her emails. Comey agrees.

Talk about being in between the devil and the deep blue sea, Comey is in that hot spot. Now with the perjury referral and the other situations they're investigating, he has Congress - namely Gowdy and Chaffetz watching over waiting for results. It was clear by his reaction and demeanor that Trey Gowdy didn't buy Comey's "Celebrities don't get treated different" defense.
Tomorrow, Loretta Lynch faces Chaffetz and Gowdy. Should be interesting if she doesn't take the Fifth the whole time.
