Now, her highness is saying Benghazi and what happened there was not her ball to carry, even after she 'took responsibility' for it.
If you google the responsibilities of a Sect'y of State, one of the duties you will find listed is : Ensures the protection of the U.S. Government to American citizens, property, and interests in foreign countries;
That to me says it was her ball to carry, and she dropped it.

The Haiti thing really bothered more than the others because Haitians were failed miserably by the Clintons and their disaster capitalism/corruption. Bill Clinton was equally complicit in this and it was shameful that even as of today, many Haitians still suffer without homes due to the gross mishandling of Cheryl Mills and Hillary Clinton. All three (Bill, Hillary and Chelsea) did a grave disservice to Haiti and her people.
The United States Consulate in every country falls under the direct guidance and responsibility of the office of the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State, the person, is the responsible agent for the operations and safety within the compounds -- there's no wiggling out of it. Secretaries are required to be responsive to the requests made by the consulate officer to protect the consulate and its staff. End of story.
