Perfect! Any citizen who really needs to send money will grumble but pay anyway. Any Mexican will grumble but have no real right to complain since he is here illegally and taking a job from someone who is here legally.

20% would be more reasonable since that Money is not being spent and taxed on products sold in the US.

But in America we cannot implement this as it would be unfair. Our government would more likely add 10% to go along with the transfer.

2:10....THAT sure beats the liberal hypocrisy of "MORE taxes!! Pay MORE of your "fair share" so that others, many of whom have never held a job in their lives, have 4-5 kids they can't support, and think birth control only limits their future earnings.
Yep. Liberals.
Tell us how your brilliant leaders, using liberal political policies, have turned urban areas into beautiful centers of art and culture, or how their austere, common-sense budgets have just about eliminated our debt, or how their innovative educational policies have launched American kids into the forefront of excellence.
After you finish doing the "uh, um....uh...let's see, um... er,...well,....hmmmm" stuff, shoot yourself. You're too stupid to possess the right to vote.
I'd cheer that all day.

The proposed tax would be accessed on people who are breaking the law sneaking in and avoiding taxes.

Based on estimates compiled by the Institute for Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP), the Immigration Policy Center reported that the $11.2 billion in taxes paid by illegal immigrants in 2010 included $8.4 billion in sales taxes, $1.6 billion in property taxes and $1.2 billion in state personal income taxes. I think they were "accessed"
