Underage drinking alcohol isn't a crime any more? I was under the impression that the drinking age in Maryland is 21.

Guess not.

This man, just rolled his car, and was able to identify himself? I say that it pretty good for that type of an accident. Personally, I can not imagine trying to pass a sobriety test after such an accident.
What perplexes me is, what beverage did the officer smell? Strange to write up an report with that wordage.

Whoever came up with the police report phrase "made contact with", and why does everybody use it?
