Travis Matthew Jarocki of Princess Anne, arrested 12-6-15 for possession of marijuana under 10 grams, and consuming alcohol in a prohibited place. Jarocki was released on citations pending District Court actions. Deputies observed Jarocki with an open container of beer, and suspected marijuana in the Princess Anne Manokin Park.
Chauwan Antonio Matthews of Salisbury, arrested 12-8-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Matthews was later held on a $5,000 bond.
Gregory Lamont Cottman of Princess Anne, arrested 12-10-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Cottman was held on a $500.00 bond.
Brian Anthony Williams of Princess Anne, arrested 12-14-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Williams was later released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Jodecii Kiiwann Purnell of Westover, arrested 12-17-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Purnell was later held without bond.
Anthony Arzynell Butler Jr. of Crisfield arrested 12-18-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Butler was later held on a $500.00 bond.

Jarocki has issues. Was he still one of the Most Wanted in PA's York County when he was arrested in P.A.?
This has to be the only agency arresting for marijuana while there is a heroin epidemic.
Ronnie Howard doesn't make any decisions at work. George Nelson makes all of them and he is never at the office or to be seen. Orders are given through memos and text messages absolutely no leadership.
