Man Wanted In Death Of Baby Released From Hospital Before Charges Filed

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The driver of the Mercedes involved in a crash that killed a 1-year-old was released from the hospital Wednesday morning and now police say he’s a wanted man.

Police are looking for Wayne Anthony Green, Jr. in the death of one-year-old Jeremaih Perry.

The 38-year-old Baltimore man is wanted for negligent manslaughter with an automobile, attempt by driver to elude police in official police vehicle by failing to stop, driving on a revoked license and privilege, and driving without a license.

Police say they began a pursuit of the Mercedes in Baltimore County and it lead to a crash in Baltimore City Sunday.

The MSP did the same thing to a guy who killed a brother n sister coming home from in Willards. Couldn't believe that he wasn't escorted by a trooper.

If you read the Baltimore Sun, you will note that the baby's family blames the police, not the drunk driver pictured. Wonder why?
