Joe’s Crab Shack Tests No-Tipping Policy, Raises Server Wages To $14/Hour

Joe’s Crab Shack will become the first national full-service chain to test a no-tipping policy, following in the footsteps of several prominent New York-based restaurants that ditched gratuity last month.

No tipping no service , won't work people. The only reason they went this route is to make more money , certainly not to lose it.
By the way , do you realize that some college grads are working at fast foods for half that because they can't get employed for their major .

6:28 - if you get a degree in underwater basket weaving, don't expect to be employed using what you learned...you'll simply have college debt - unless you go to college on one of the govt's free program (in which case , you probably shouldn't have wasted your time and the taxpayers money). Technical degrees get jobs and are worth the time and effort - but not everyone is capable...the way it should be!
