Disturbing: LOOK What We Found In This Liberal Textbook

This school textbook is proof that parents need to pay close attention to what their kids are learning brainwashed with in school:

This is liberalism in a nutshell: Only men can be sexist and only whites can be racist.

The passage comes from a book titled Is Everyone Equal and states, “STOP: There is no such thing as reverse racism or reverse sexism (or the reverse of any form of oppression). While women can be just as prejudiced as men, women cannot be “just as sexist as men” because they do not hold political, economic and institutional power.”

I don't see the logic in that argument, which assumes women, blacks, etc., have no political or economic power and hence, have no ability to dominate, take revenge, further their own agenda, or hold anyone back from advancement.
Perhaps they should talk to Hillary Clinton, Valerie Jarrett, Bob Johnson, Michael Jordan, and countless others of minority status who wield tremendous power and influence.
Or does the author believe all those individuals are squeaky clean of human emotions and its only white people that bear any racist/misogynist feelings?
Rationalization is not a good argument.

They got most people thinking that the Civil War was a war to free the blacks! What a crock, all anyone has to do is read Lincolns speeches and see he didn't give a damm about freeing them, he was all for saving the union of states. But just go to a national park today, and the story is all about freeing the oppressed, enslaved, poor negro.

The only thing I agree with is the comment that there is no such thing as 'reverse' anything. It is just racism, sexism, etc. An expression of hate is an expression of hate regardless of who has expressed those feelings. To state that in order for a minority group to need express 'reverse' anything assumes that the group they have those feelings for are inherently against them
