Still not resolved. No more questions being asked after the election is over.
So everyone knows. This article has 316 comments on it. No LAWSUIT was filed because NO laws were broken. While Laura Mitchell claimed I broke into the evidence locker at the Salisbury Police Department and then later claimed a Police Officer gave it to me, States Attorney Matt Maciarello went to the SPD and found a SECOND pill bottle still in the evidence locker that had never been removed and was clearly a different prescription bottle. Remember now, Laura claimed she had only received ONE prescription for 168 pills for migrane headaches. Doctors later informed me that there is no possible way ANY Doctor would prescribe such a volume of narcotics for headaches, their words, not mine.
Ultimately Laura Mitchell lost her race for a County Council Seat, as expected. In my opinion she made an absolute fool out of herself for claiming I broke ANY law to obtain the SECOND pill bottle.
In support of Mayor Ireton, (which is rare) I will tel you that Jim had written a very harsh letter to Laura Mitchell scolding her for accusing the Police of any wrong doing. In fact it is my understanding that he wanted her to resign but I did not confirm that.
By the traffic laws in the state of Maryland she at the very least was driving impaired everytime she took this for her "headache"!

I am so glad she lost the race, although I talked to many people that said they were voting for her because of this article(must be pity) I believe this picture helped her lose the race and Wicomico County is better off even though we had no choice, but to bring back Matt Holloway and John Cannon.
Hopefully, the unwashed masses will remember this, when she runs for re-election to city council.
The woman makes me embarrassed to be human. The fact that she actually got elected to city council, quadruples that embarrassment.
People actually voted for that human garbage to represent them. How embarrassing is that?
Please run this again when her city council stay is up for re-election, it's time she is out period.
Hopefully she will be history this time next year, after the City election.
But, with the new 5-district council, she will probably still be there -- thanks to Liarton and Fake Day.
If Chuck Cook gets in there on the computer and fixes the votes shell be back in there.
