Be expecting the numbers of homeless sex offenders to rise.I know people with no criminal record who cannot find a job.Things are so bad that even the buzzards are lining up at the soup kitchens.
it is sad to see how the sex offenders list is making it more unsafe than it makes us safe. Lets face it. Once you are on this useless list many are unable to ever get off it and can't find homes / jobs or become productive citizens due to being on the list and they are forced to become homeless and may be living in the WOODS behind your home. So when u go to bed tonight do you not feel safe you checked the useless registry and see who is who , but then not seeing the fact that some are homeless and living behind your home when they could have been employed and living in homes and not in the woods behind your homes. There needs to be a way this list is USED only for Law Enforcement Only and or have a way for ALL Tiers to be able to get of this useless list at some point in time and be able to become productive again and not LIVE in the woods behind YOUR homes watching you and having to commit crimes to survive.
And what good is a ankle monitor do when he can't afford one and does not have phone access to report as needed and is only trying to find a SAFE and LEGAL place to live and survive. Heck look in the WOODS behind YOUR homes as there are MANY living there watching you everyday as they have NO chance of becoming productive with being on a proven useless list and in most cases for Life.
