Homeland Security enforcing EPA regulations? This is the job of Customs and the FBI.
This is nothing more then the modern day brown shirts of the future Nazi Party.
Homeland security is not a needed agency.
So???? They can hunt down illegal land rovers but can't stop illegal immigrants.
