Candidate Won't Distance Self From Secessionists

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) -- A Republican candidate for Anne Arundel County Council says he won't respond to calls to distance himself from a group called the League of the South.

The Capital of Annapolis (http://bit.ly/1kmyVom ) reported Wednesday that Michael Peroutka said he won't play into Democrats' "cynical game." He also repeated that he is not a racist.

Peroutka said at a news conference that the League is a "Christian, free-market group" that has been unfairly labeled as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. The Law Center says the group supports secession of Southern states.

There is nothing wrong with the League of the South.

Interesting how the Democrats are concerned with this candidates affiliation with an organization, but never blinked an eye about Obama's affiliation with Jeramiah Wright and his church. How quick they ignore "God Damn America" and their hatred for white folks. Obama was affiliated with that church for 20 years before those idiots elected him.

Secession is reasonable.

We should have let the south go when we had the chance. Lincoln screwed that up

Exactly 5:25!
It's also how they overlook Obamas affiliation with known convicted terrorist and cop killer Bill Ayres.
OR... his affiliation with the American Communist party!
The Southern poverty law center is a Communist front group so it makes sense.
Right Chuck?

All the Democrats claim groups like the Sons of Confederate Veterans and League of the South are racist groups but they are quick to look the other way on CAIR, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Jeremiah Alvesta Wright, Jrs. Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC), in Chicago. And they also failed to mention that Oprah Winfrey was a member of that church as well.

8:50PM, we're sorry about it, too, pal. BTW, that ain't all Lincoln rutted up either.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is given far more credence than deserved. It is a front for more racist democrats posing as some kind of social watchdog.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is one racist organization that is funded by more racists.

To bad the Republicans don't have the balls to tell people to disassociate themselves with the racist organization known as the NAACP.
