Stupid people never learn...
The driver and the fire department were BOTH ignorant.
By any means possible if it is called for.
1:32 - the driver was stupid - the fire department was smart-ass mean!
I think they did the right thing in the long run - the no parking in front of a hydrant rule has been in effect forever and we were taught that as part of the driver test.
This person did something wrong and was held accountable - we need more of that...too many folks do wrong stuff and will kill you if you bring it up in public.
