According to the Heritage Foundation, Americans of all ages are going to see massive increases in their health insurance premiums under U.S. President Barack Obama’s new socialized medicine law.
Which makes it all the more baffling why this so-called “conservative” think tank folded like a cheap lawn chair during the recent debate over defunding Obamacare.
Oh well … this obviously isn’t the first time these neocons have been “all hat and no cattle” when it comes to protecting taxpayers, but this latest sellout is especially depressing considering it took place under the leadership of U.S. Sen. Jim DeMint.
Anyway …
Heritage has released a new statistical analysis of the impact of Obamacare in all fifty states – breaking down premium increases for a single 27-year-old adult, a single 50-year-old adult and a family of four. In all but five states, premiums go up – in some cases stratospherically.
“Individuals in most states will end up spending more on the exchanges,” Heritage researchers conclude, adding that ” the claims of savings on premiums for the average participant is a fantasy.”

If we didn't have the ACA would rates be going down? Doubt it.
