Several media outlets have again pulled or edited already-published
articles about the activities of President Barack Obama’s daughter, even
though the stories appeared to pose no active security risk to the
first family.
On Thursday, 14-year-old Malia Obama attended a concert by the
British boy band One Direction at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va.,
flanked by Secret Service agents who attempted unsuccessfully to blend
in with the crowd of mostly pre-teen girls.

The agents could have fit in better by wearing do rags, baseball caps on backwards with the brims flipped up and their pants halfway down. Maybe a gold medallion to finish the look. Come on guys, too busy messing with hookers to go undercover to protect the first family.
The bigger story is that this passes for music. I have less interest in that 'band' than I do Obammy's kids.
Seriously?? I just read both girls and the Mrs. were at a Beyonce concert in Atlantic City. Who's dime is this on?
anon; 8:42 I'm sure either they paid for the tickets out of their personal account or they were gifted the tickets, by any number of people who want to be on their good side, however as they are the first children, they transportation and security detail was on the govt. dime.

So what was the point of your comment? I get the feeling you have no idea who One Direction is.
Or maybe suggesting the outfit for the agents was some sort of racist hidden (not so well) message.
Educate yourself first then your real agenda could be hidden a little better.

I am sure they paid for the tickets themselves. If they had the secret service with them then we pay for that.
It is not a big deal. It's the same for every other President's kids also. It comes with the job.
Unless you people expect them to always stay in the White House for four years. That thinking is just childish.
