Lawsuit Alleges Another Isolated Incident

According to the complaint, which made its way to Courthouse News yesterday, Cantu, a diesel mechanic, was making his lunch January 22, 2010, when he saw a few cops streaking across his yard. A deafening explosion shook the room as a flash bomb shot through the door. Nearly 20 officers crashed in.
“Get on the ground!” they allegedly ordered him. Cantu, according to the complaint, obliged and was zipcuffed. Inexplicably, the filing claims, the officers kicked and punched him until he was unconscious, lying in a pool of his own blood on the kitchen floor. Meanwhile, they searched his house and allegedly didn’t find what they were after. Cantu’s alleged butcher’s bill: a broken orbital bone, a broken nose, a concussion, traumatic brain injury, a loss of vision in his left eye and loss of hearing in his left ear. According to his complaint, the “injuries required surgical intervention and caused significant scarring and disfigurement.”

Another home invasion by the people who continually preach (and post it on their cars and equipment) they are here to "protect and serve". Looks like that was a massive ammount of protecting and serving. Like I've always said --- these goons are some true bad-asses when it 15-20 against one and the "one" is already in hancuffs, face down with a knee in his neck. REAL tough guys. One on one, they are scared to even raise their voice to a real man. THIS is what citizens resent, dislike and have come to see the police as --- bullies with an inferiority complex and the need to get back the self respect they lost in high school from getting their short ace whipped by every girl and boy they saw. I'm sure their story will be, as he was on the ground in handcuffs, that he "resisted" and had to be subdued to the point of death because twenty men (with automatic weapons, tasers, and night sticks) couldn't control ONE man. Whats the difference between the Crips and the cops? Cops don't go to prison for rape, robbery, drug dealing, extortion, gang assualt, gun running, and murder. Wait -- I know --- it was some more "bad apples"...."we, the people" are REALLY getting tired of THAT line. Notice --- I ain't using "anonymous" either, you sissies.
