Please don't try to cloud the "truth" with facts. The liberals will go ape! I can remember when I was in grade school, we never learned about Crispus Attucks. I think the first I heard of him was when I was in AP US History, in 11th grade, and that was YEARS ago. Even then, it was only a passing mention. I didn't really study him until I was in college. He was really amazing, and I encourage everyone to Google him and read up on him. Not much is known, but what is is facinating.
One can lose scope -- when searching for an exception to the rule regarding the character and culture of liberty -- transcending its certain white roots. Yet Crispus Attucks stands as the beginning and the end of black liberty.
