Complete control of the population by whatever means necessary. We are completely insane

Driving is a privelege, not a right. When you drive, you are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle to protect not just you, but other motorists and pedestrians on the road. If you don't like the laws, don't drive.

8:29...is right....in order to squelch criticism of faceless and constant Big Brother surveillance, some genius decides to award citizens a "cut" of the proceeds. Everyone likes a few dollars in the mail, don't they? And it sure will get some people on their side. We are insane. And the "driving is a priviledge" stuff? I wouldn't have so much of a problem with it if the State didn't MILK IT for profit at citizens expense. And the "if you don't like it, don't drive" crap? That'll work. Just send me a check so I don't have to drive to work or the grocery store, or the hospital. I don't like the police either, but can I stop paying taxes to support their efforts? In fact, I don't like taxes, too. I guess I should just stop paying them? If I don't like pollution, should stop I drinking water to solve the problem? Some things are just unavoidable. So, stop with the inane and fatuous reasoning. It's along the lines of "take away all of the Bill of Rights, because if you aren't doing anything wrong, then you don't need any "rights". Sounds really cute and reasonable. At first glance.
