Maryland is one of the highest in taxing it's people to death,not to mention all the government employees that are furloughed and can't make ends meet. I'm glad the fat cats in Annapolis have a safe pay check put the people are suffering !
It really steams me when they so blantantly call us stupid! We just lost a business to DE this week, and we are how many millions (billions?) in the hole? But we are better off than the rest of the country? Yeah, they think we're better off politically because there is only ONE party in this state so there's no one to stop them from doing irreparable damage.

He should correct himself to mean Western Shore of Maryland fairs better. The eastern shore has been decimated. Any reporter worth his salt knows very well that the eastern shore has suffered tremendously. Case-in-point look at the business closure list that was published on SBYnews.
