This is kind of OT, but...what the heck is going on outside the library? I was very surprised when I went to get my car out of the garage - the roads are closed and/or detoured, with work being done at the intersection...
They are working on the feldmans building also today??
How much more for Paul Wilber this time around?

It looks like Wilber wants $20,000 more this time.
I'll bet that most of the legal expense was racked up trying to straighten out what Barrie left behind.
