Marl Pitt Road and Cedar Lane, Middletown, De
Creek Road and Graves Road, Wilmington, De

Resume: Troopers are currently on the scene of the aforementioned areas due to reports of High Water. No roads have been closed at this time, however drivers are urged to use caution in these areas due to traffic congestion.

Drivers asked not to attempt to drive through areas with high levels of moving, or standing water.
