They are concentrating their efforts on Morris Leonard Road and north to the Delaware line. They have had full cooperation from the Delaware State Police including use of their helicopter. A Senator from Delaware has offered all personnel and whatever else is needed.

How about out in the allen area? Princess anne? Eden? Fruitland? Nanticoke? We can coordinate better tomorrow since its a Saturday. Setup command posts for each area. Even downtown salisbury, don't rule out any possibilities. Nanticoke has tons of abandoned homes and old 1800's homes.

Good point. With all the foreclosed homes in the area he could have taken her to one of these homes. Walk your neighborhoods and check these homes and see if any windows are broke or doors pried open. You just never know.

Wherever you live, search your own property then tie something red to the mailbox so the authorities know that this area was searched. How hard is this to understand?
Leggs was arrested fairly quickly, right? So how far could have gone from the time Sarah was taken to the time he was arrested? Was the landfill searched?? And at what point does the FBI step in, if at all?

what bar does he claim to have been at til 1 Weds morn? Chef Freds? He was a regular poker player there, has his presence there that nite been confirmed with staff there? have his bank records been checked, pay his tab with bank card, etc? I would assume these are obvious steps but who the hell knows what's been done, point is if he was there til 1 in the morn, when did he arrive, etc, confirm it.

Stop speculating about Legg, the victims, police, volunteers, family members, etc. Each human being does the best the can with what they have to work with. And, no, I'm not defending Legg. Unless you have all of the information, which you never will, you should refrain from speculating and passing judgment on anyone involved in any way with this case. Of course the FBI are involved (behind the scenes). Kidnapping is a federal offense, and missing children are taken very seriously!
There was a little over 12 hours between the last time she was seen and when they noticed she was missing. So I'm assuming it was at least 15 hours that he had to work with.
3:21 pm....obviously you have never been sexually harrassed or molested or raped! You have NO idea what that does to a person unless you have been through it. And even then, each individual is different and handles trauma in different ways. If new victims are coming forward it is to help the case AGAINST TJ Leggs now. People HAVE come forward in the past and it has been poo-pooed off by the police and even the school officials when he was in high school at WiHi. It's very difficult to prove sometimes and it is very humiliating to be suckered in by someone so sick. It's difficult when you think you are in it by yourself too. But when you know people will finally believe you, it becomes easier to come forward.
I think they should investigate the entire Leggs family...including the sister that doesn't live around here anymore. They all are tight and keep each other's secrets so she might even know something.

Maybe this is silly, but has anyone though to search the areas of Salisbury that are primarily college housing? I was just thinking that because most of the students are home from break that he might have taken her to an area that didn't currently have many residents as to not be noticed or detected very easily. He might be familiar with the areas that college students live because he seems to be very involved with the Salisbury/Ocean City bar scence...

321 you obviously have never been a victim or you have no sense of an open mind. There are SO many scenarios possible, who knows the stories of other victims. Either way, dont blame a victim for this predators sick mind or being able to stop him. The courts are the only ones that can stop predators. They cannot be rehabilitated. i have spoke with an investigator and told them to check out some of thier last jobsites where they might of delievered or installed a countertop as far as his mustang i heard that he wrecked it some time ago i have also told them of some of his old hang outs that i know of i know of a friend of mine that grew up with him that has been riding around in his truck and four-wheeler checking out the same places that i told them and places that he knows of

If you have any tips such as abandoned houses that you think should be searched or broken windows on empty trailers etc. Use the tipline and call it in.
They check out all tips. Don't expect to hear back from them or see it reported that it was checked out, just be assured that they do prioritize and check out all tips.
The FBI can be called in to assist at any time. It's up to local LE to ask for assistance. They often help out in missing person cases, especially children.

I was the babysitter but the husband would never leave just said he didnt want the responsiblity of watching his daughter so they paid me to babysit. My Dad was a state trooper and I thought if I told what was going on he would kill him. I just checked his name on Maryland judciary case search and am absolutely appalled at everything that he did that was brought to court. You people judging the victims have no idea what this kind of thing does to you or the fear that the perpetrator plants in you. Many of them threaten to kill your whole family if you tell or continue to stalk you. It is the ultimate violation and it affects EVERYTHING you do in life.
So before you open your mouth, please research what post traumatic stress is and hope to god that you or any of your family is never tormented by this.
