Play Day 2009

The City of Salisbury is Proclaiming September 23 as Play Day in conjunction with KaBOOM! (www.KaBoom.org.) ; This day is titled “Keep Play In the Day”, which is a campaign KaBOOM! is promoting across the country between September 19 – 27. As noted on the attached flyer, a number of sponsors are participating and welcome involvement from all community members. That is why the request for organizations, involved with children, is ask to recognize September 23 as PlayDay at your location. In doing so, a request to take pictures during play time of how children are enjoying play so that we can forward to KaBOOM! to show the City of Salisbury’s support for a playful community!

ROTFLMAO. How much tax money was spent on paying for that award? Have you noticed that most young ppl(h.s and college grads) move away once they graduate high school. There is no future here. If anyone has the criteria for winning this award I would love to see how Wico won this.

Someone should take some pictures over at Pemberton to show how they play at night.
