RICK POLLITT LECTURED BY THE PRESIDENT OF V.O.I.C.E.
This occurred at the meeting that Mr. Pollitt recently held at the Civic Center to drum up support for changing the tax revenue cap so that there will be more tax money to be spent by Wicomico County.
Don Coffin (father) -- Founder, along with a few others, of "VOICE," that got us the tax cap.
Keith Coffin (son) -- owner of the land near Hebron that the County is buying for $10,000 PER ACRE for a park we don't need and don't have funds to develop.

But Rick responded and put Palmer down for the count!
Truth is much stranger than fiction:
Don Coffin (father) -- Founder, along with a few others, of "VOICE," that got us the tax cap.
Keith Coffin (son) -- owner of the land near Hebron that the County is buying for $10,000 PER ACRE for a park we don't need and don't have funds to develop.
Long live the cap.
Ricky, if the NY Bond rating is up two years in a row, then the revenue cap is not a problem. Stop bringing it up every time you open your mouth.
FYI - It's because of the Revenue Cap that Moody's and S&P gave Wicomico such a good rating in the first place.
Think about it - the rating agencies have acknowledged the revenue cap as a vital tool.
That's what tempers overactive markets! DUH!
