Shotgun preteen vs. illegal alien Home Invaders :

Two illegal aliens, Raphael Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.
It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.
Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.
Resindez was the first to get up to the second floo
r only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals.
When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.
Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, & MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news........an 11 year old girl, properly trained, defended her home and herself......against two murderous, illegal aliens .......and she wins, she is still alive.
Now that is Gun Control!

Now that is a kid to be proud of. Good job.
But in todays society, the little girl is a crook isnt she? These "undocumented immigrants" were probably just hungry, cold and confused. In a foriegn land with no place to sleep. How could that cold hearted little girl deny them at the right of such things. She should have welcomed them in and redistributed her families wealth that her father was working so hard to obtain. How stingy can one family be?

Have you ever noticed that those who are opposed to us having and using, as necessary, firearms have never been victims.
Oh! the gun haters will rant and rave that the 11 yr old could have called the police instead of killing two felons. Well with even the best of response times from police she would have been a casualty of two worthless criminals.
EVER law abiding citizen should be required to train with and possess a firearm. It is time to stop coddling criminals and start killing a few more. If you do not think so look at the news and see what kind of punishment the courts hand out.
Criminals are not intimidated by the cops, the law, or what punishment they may get. To them a few years in jail for killing someone is just the cost of doing business.

This ia a heart-warming story. This 11 yr old girl is truly a hero in my book. She had the presence of mind to do the right the thing and as I like to say: "Take the trash out." I just hope she doe not suffer any trauma from this incident.
Yep, this is how things should be... You know how it goes in MD however, that girl would most likely be tried as an adult for first degree murder and her father would be arrested for allowing the girl to have access to the gun. Then the state would step in and sieze everything they own.

As to the seizing of the property of the parents of the shooter the Maryland Democrats would see it like this.
The seizure would done, in the guise, of what is best for the State. The Dems would pass a "violence tax" collected funds would be applied to a fund bank. Forever know as the "VFB."
This bank of money would be allowed to accrue until such time as the Dems needed more funds,to fill a void created by their overspending the State budget.
The Dems, as they just did with the funds created in the Income Tax refund pool, would justify their actions by suggesting the funds were not being used for their intended purpose. There by being available to use for other unintended purposes.
The "Gov" would pledge on his Irish oath to see the money was repaid at some point in time. Which the Dems would conveniently avoid codifying when it would be convenient.
Gun control is hitting what you are aiming at. Sounds like the girl has good gun control to me.

I do believe you are right, but I'd rather be alive to go to trial than dead at the hands of intruders.
The 11 year-old girl saved herself and such a child was taught to function under pressure.

I'd hang a picture up if they took one of this little girl, shotgun slung over her shoulder and holding up both of her bagged game's head by the hair.
ANY prosecuter who would bring that little hero or ANYONE who defended their home with lethal force should be tarred and feathered before firing them and running them out of the country!
The families of the dead intruders should be forced to pay clean up expenses for the mess these criminal pieces of s*** made. Then these families should be made to pay damages for emotional harm done to the little girl or any home owner they criminally invaded. Make our laws work for the victims, not the criminals! It should never be a crime to defend one's life and property, by any means available, against intruders!
Now thats what I am talking about No Judge, No jury, Just justice. Hang em in the town Square or at the Citys or Town welcome sign untill the buzzards pick em clean. It will send a loud and clear message. The girl should get the key to the city. Everyone should send her one dollar that reads her story. Maybe she can go to college and be president one day. Yaaahooo. At least a mayor that cares about crime. That kid is a true patriot. Nothing better for home defense than a 12 or twenty with buckshot. It does the job and does it well. The three pieces of dung that just merdered that guy on the westside should have hit this house. We would know who they are and have the peace of mind to know they wont do it again.
sad to see that our days have come to this. but i am sooo proud of this young lady!!! talking about handle things under pressure.. not only did she save herself and her family's stuff she saved many more lives.. maybe now theifs will think twice before they break and enter into someones home!!!!
