Look, no matter what is said any more, there's no question ALL of the MSM is now following the lead of Salisbury News. The links below clearly show more evidence apparently on the FRONT PAGE showing news we brought to you two weeks ago.
I guess you can say they have their market now and Salisbury News has our market. We deliver the news weeks in advance and the Daily Times, well, they just follow Salisbury News and pick and choose what they think their customers might like to read and follow our lead. Then again, nothing has really changed in the past few years other than the volume of readership here at Salisbury News going through the roof.
Saturday was yet another record Saturday for us as well. This may be the last time you hear me mention this kind of stuff about the Daily Times because as far as I'm concerned Salisbury News has surpassed their numbers and is weeks ahead of them with news and information. I welcome you to check out these two articles.

Joe, they need to put you on the pay roll or at least pay you royalties. They have been stealing news ideas from you for quite sometime now.
Downtown vision is needed now
"It's time for mayoral candidates Gary Comegys, Bob Caldwell, and Jim Ireton to make public their visions and start the discussion."
Joe I find this editorial which the the idea was obviously stolen from you. Remember all the pictures you posted about the delapidated properies and trash cans.
I also find this evidence of the newspaper being extremely biased. Notice how they put Bubba Comagys name first? Also did you notice how the left another candidate out?
Fair and Unbiased. BullCrap!!
Joe, You have posted pictures of that destruction on the downtown plaza over the year.Mayor tilghman has done nothing about it just like Comegys, The weasel and Shannie. Now that the mayor is not running they want to post the need to do list. What a crock of chit that paper is.
I absolutely agree with you about The Daily Times mimmicking your articles.
I vividly remember your posting photographs of all of the empty retail spaces located thoughout Salisbury - (i.e. Webster's among many others).
I have lived here all my life and I cannot ever recall seeing so many vacancy signs. The Twilley Center has experienced high vacancies and that shopping center use to always be near 100% occupancy. I heard just a day or two ago that the pharmacy in the Twilley Center is soon to close as the parent company has even filed bankruptcy.
The pharmacy in the Twilley Center closed several years ago, Tuesday Morning is now in that building. There was a notice this past week that a new independent pharmacy is ging to open where Curves used to be.
Hey, 11:47, you're right. Caldwell should have been first alphabetically. They didn't even mention Della Penna, which is a slap. And hell, what's the use of these guys talking about their visions for the city when a) Jim Ireton has been putting his ideas out there and they never print them, and b) Gary Comegys just steals whatever Ireton says.
Hey, that reminds me...
JOE! Did you catch how Comegys was trying to sound like Debbie Campbell about that "relationship" contract they were handing out last Monday night?
All of a sudden, Gary thinks there ought to be an independent party analyzing bids based on something other than price. Well, he sure didn't feel that way when the Fire Department was going with a certain contractor because of the "relationship" they built!
Check it out, dude! And keep up the good work on the city issues. Give 'em a jolt, Joe!
