You left out Gus Triandos and all the orioles at that time (I servrd them dinner at WiHi) We (student nurses) played a charity basketball game with the Baltimore Colts at the then YOUTH and Civic Center. Aldo Ray was here at the Blvd theater. Robert Mitchum frequented here as he had a home in near-by Cambridge.
Roberta Peters sang at STC, or whatever it's name was at the time.
Charles Curalt came every year to the Skipjack races in Deal Island and was very good friends with Walt James, father of a friend. Do not forget Jim Hoffa.
Oh, I have some memories... Thanks for "stirring the pot".

I remember standing with my mother when JFK rode down Main Street (now the Downtown Plaza).

George Washington slept near here!

John McCain flew over here -- and crashed on the Eastern Shore of Virginia -- in 1965. And it was reported in the Daily Times 43 years later!

Castro never played baseball here. Nor did he ever try out for a pro team in the United States.
