Last weekend the Daily Times came out with this article in which they had the entire story completely wrong. Now why would they twist such a story and not give the real credit where credit was due? Well, they thought it was a great enough story to post it in color but where they neglected to get it right was the FACT that it was not Coach Hal Chernoff who presented the autographed photo of Smokin Joe Frazier, it was Joe Albero who got the autographed photo and did a big presentation at this Fundraiser. Ohhhh, now that explains it, right? Well, not exactly. You see, Coach Hal Chernoff wrote the Daily Times with a Letter to the Editor telling them that he was not in fact the person who presented it, it was Joe Albero. When Hal had a difficult time getting it to them he asked if I could forward it to them and I did. I sent it directly to Joe Carmean and included Hal Chernoff so they could have his e-mail address to confirm it. Was anything ever done about it? Nope. Oh well, it is what it is. Daily Times, YOU'VE BEEN BLOGGED!

The jokes on the Daily Rag. There probably weren't that many people who actually saw the article. As far as them giving you credit for anything it'll never happen. They refuse to admit you are better and faster than all of their reporters combined. The only way they ever put your name in print is when it's negative.
I for one come here for news instead of reading that rag. The only thing I get from their web site are the obituaries which they also mess up at times.
