He won't have to worry about prison, he is part of the good OLE BOY system, they will make him pay a fine and free him, and the employees that were arrested will pay the time for him, it seems that way around here, the person that does the crime walks and the less innocent pay for the crime. Ray Lewis has only been charged with 4 counts of theft over $500.00 and that is it and between attorneys for Ray and the county he is only looking a PBJ and fines. Yes Ray did wrong but this story has more detail that goes way beyond Ray Lewis he has only been involved for a year and couple months this has been going on for years there is getting ready to be a big scare for 2 other construction companies 1 in salisbury and 1 near mardela so Ray isn't the only theif involved in all this just wait you will die.

Rude? Let me give you a taste of rude! The justice system{if you wanna callit that}will be far more leanyent with him than those of us he stole from{taxpayers} He's shamed us all! He gives contractors a bad name! I wouldnt be surprised if he had been hitting every construction site in the tri-state area with that high speed fuel pump and rig of his.
