Actually, the increase in calls for service can be attributed to business checks, which were never open in previous years.
If crime is down why is overtime up?
It looks like we are becoming Baltimore City. Many in the school system, health department and law enforcement agencies think so.
obviously, crime is NOT "down" in the city as c.o.p. would have us believe.
