Is There A FOB Event I'm Not Aware Of?

Someone installed this portable toilet this past weekend next to the Mayor's hopeful new City Hall on the Plaza. Doesn't it just look grand Folks? Isn't it also interesting how the City of Salisbury, (mainly Barrie Tilghman) is negotiating the purchase of another building and the Taxpayers know nothing about it? How long are you people going to take this crap. Just because Barrie wants a new location doesn't mean you jump the gun without the proper consensus, right? I mean, it's like being a Cop and going, BANG, FREEZE!

Barrie instructed The Daily Times months ago to start a propaganda piece by asking a Poll Question, should the City of Salisbury have their own City Hall Building. They then created a Hey You online portion asking the same question. This is how Barrie works. Now that The Daily Times has asked the question, (yet it miserably failed and flopped as no one really replied) Barrie feels she has permission to go out and spend what's NOT there.

Slow down Barrie and take a good hard look at Station 16. YOU know it's a great idea and could save the Taxpayers millions of dollars. You already own the property and renovating it would be a bunt. That would be the easiest thing to do in Baseball, (in case you're wondering).

It's time for a Press Conference on this matter to clear the air. The Taxpayers want to know what you're up to Barrie, so let them know. Or is EVERYTHING a cover up?

This Thursday once again Captain Investments is trying to create a subdivision behind The student apartment rental they own on 1004 Camden and now Paul Wilbur is providing them a loophole on the taxpayers dime. This last minute addition on the agenda will probably prevent many concerned neighbors from being ble to come and it will slide through, thanks to TJ Maloney and his SAPOA connections. The apartment itself is probably illegal and now they want to carve up the land it sits on (with no real street frontage) and subdivide. The apartment has 6 units that generate at least 3600.00 a month (each "bedroom" rents at 600.oo. But this isn't enough looting of a single family residential neighborhood, we need to put more rentals on the property, directly in the backyards of hardworking residents who have lived there many many decades. But what does Mitchell David(One of the CAPTAINS) care, he lives in Worcester COunty.

I suppose the old bank building offers a large vault, as I remember from being in there at times some years ago. Is that why she wants it? I see little use for such a large vault, when the city is running out of money. The old fire station across from the library makes lots more sense, if we have to have a seperate city hall!

That vault is there to stay too. When they build them with re-enforced concrete with heavy stone and rebarb, then build the rest of the building around it, what a waste of tax payer money.

What's the matter, they can't find a bank that will set up shop down on the Plaza? Delmarva Bank should by it, they are making a ton on the taxpayer with the slight of hand tricks and trades.
