THEY'RE BACK!

While I was patrolling Downtown this morning with one Detective and two Officers we came across two more fresh signatures. Granted, these were not up high on buildings but they were fresh and probably done with markers this time. IMO, it looks like these guys are running scared and the little stuff will be easy to clean up.

Graphix,

That's just a ridiculous statament! Anyone in their right mind would expect more of this. It will get worse before it gets better.

True dat.

I cannot disagree w/ya.

Interesting thought. You may be on to something though.
The only people that I can think of that would be able to "drum up business" from art crimes would be businesses related to power washing & paint removal. Check the chamber of commerce's listings. There may be some clues.

I already took pictures of that, thanks.

"The thing about graphix that bothers me is that he has never said he was sorry for his vandalism."

I have mentioned the word "regret" I believe a time or two on this very site.

I'm not proud of my past, or else my full name would be proudly displayed. I do regret many things I have done as a youth.

None of my past took part in this town, so I may not have apologized to you, but I have made many amends both financial and otherwise for my misgivings. I can only hope most people take the time to do so in their lives.

Still, I make amends every day for my past through volunteering to work with steering young kids into growing up with good values, working with recovering addicts seeking a new way of life, and even with trying to raise my own into a well mannered and respectful youth. Just a few months I was awarded with district level recognition from a very well known national youth organization.

But you can now say you yourself have heard it, I am sorry for the damage that I have caused both my mother as well as others for my path of destruction.

FYI - I recently heard news of some graffiti artists that got busted in another city. They face no jail time, but it looks like their parents will be billed over $10,000 for investigation and clean-up charges. Yayyyyy justice. Stick it to the parents who thought their kids were sleeping in the other room. Sorry, as a parent that story frustrated me.
