Talk about a good man! Tim is the President of the Camden Association. There will be a lot more information and news about this man but for now it should be known he has stroked his check for $15.00 and will be running up against Mike Dunn, Gary Comegys and Lynn Cathcart.

Well, I'll be! Good on him! I recollect him from the meetin's. Didn't I also read a letter to the editor from him recently? I think he said he was a former cop.
Be good to have someone on the council besides Mrs. Campbell who understands somethin' 'bout crime!

There are several GREAT candidates who will be running for City Council, they just haven't announced it yet.
If I lived in the City of Salisbury I would be VERY happy with who will be running and I'd vote for them verses the clowns that are currently pupets for the Mayor now.
Barrie Tilghman is in for a rude awakening in a few months and she will lose control, period. Just watch the financial reports from each candidate too because I'm donating the MAX the moment they sign up to run against these clowns.
Art, I stand corrected. Tim Spies spent summers (May through October) each year between 1982 and 1985 as a seasonal officer with OCPD. I didn't mean to mislead anyone, sorry.
