Your City Tax Dollars Hard At Work




It takes at least four City Employees to close off the Downtown Plaza, water plants, hold up rakes and shovels, fold their arms, lean back and hold conversations.

Just above the 10 MPH Sign it says, "No Thru Trucks." Dee, Dee, Deeee! What's that white thing the Public Works is driving through there Barrie? Maybe that's why the Officer was there. Did he give them a ticket?

Who's in charge you ask? Pretty obvious it's no one from the private business sector! You couldn't afford to have that much wasted payroll time.
I did notice that good old american ingenuity is at work again, they figured out that shovels also make good props to rest against!
