If some of the Zookeepers didn't dress like this they might actually find stuff like this offensive!
However, they say and do nothing and the children are subjected to stuff like this every day.

It is obvious that the man in this photo is urinating and it looks very staged to me, like the man urinating knew that his photo was being taken. There is a mother pushing her baby in the background that is being subject to this act. The man in the photo and the person taken the photo should be arrested for indecent exposure, not for the crack but for the urinating in a public place. Looks like a another charge on the docket Joe.

Just in case Sam Chase wants to pull this message off of here, I'm going to leave it up just to show how big an Idiot they truly are. For those of you who ever thought Sam Chase was an innocent person outside the Zoo, this proves the kind of mind this person has. Make sure you call the Police there Jimbo and have me arrested.
I am certainly not an expert on this. This man has an unsightly backside to be sure. However If Sam Chase is correct about what he is doing the man must be part donkey and is washing his face. The way his arms are positioned it is more likely he is looking in the screen of a digital camera.
