Former Vice President Joe Biden, 77, is now the youngest male candidate in the Democrats’ presidential primary after former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg dropped out of the race Sunday.
As of last week, Buttigieg, 38, was the field’s youngest candidate. He would have been 39 years and one day old upon taking up the White House had he won the general election. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), the presumed frontrunner, is the oldest at 78 years old, followed by former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg, who is only eight months younger than the Vermont senator. Sanders will be 79 if he wins the White House.

A Mexican immigrant who was released by Chicago authorities despite ICE telling them not to 'went on to rape a three-year-old girl in a McDonald's bathroom as she cried ''daddy, daddy''.'
Christopher Puente, 34, is accused of sexually assaulting the girl at the restaurant on 600 N. Clark St. in the River North area of the city at around 8am on February 19.
The alleged attack happened while the girl's father was in another stall with her brother, who had had an accident in the restaurant.
However ICE had requested that police continue detaining the previously deported felon - who had convictions for forced-entry burglary and forgery.

Baltimore officials investigating after reports of major water billing problems
BALTIMORE (WBFF) – The City of Baltimore says an internal audit of the water system is now underway after reports of properties across the city not being billed properly.
According to the Department of Public Works, they’re investigating two different types of issues with water metering and billing. One instance is where properties aren’t paying the city right now because of billing disputes, the other is where properties were never sent a bill at all.
Mayor Jack Young’s Deputy of Operations tells Fox 45 that the issue was first uncovered back in October when DPW realized the Ritz Carleton had not been billed for water in more than a decade.

Comedian John Mulaney was blasted this weekend after comparing President Donald Trump to Julius Caesar and joking that an assassination would be 'interesting' to bring back.
Mulaney, 37, shared the remark during his opening monologue on Saturday Night Live's latest episode.
The SNL alum began by noting that the show fell on a Leap Year, which was created by Julius Caesar, and that the Roman military man ultimately met his demise when stabbed during a Senate session on March 15, 44 BC.
'[Caesar] started the Leap Year in order to correct the calendar and we still do it to this day,' Mulaney said.

82 people test positive for the flu on Royal Caribbean cruise back to Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WBFF) - 82 people tested positive for the flu on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship back to Baltimore.
According to officials with the cruise line, on the February 8-20 voyage of Grandeur of the Seas, medical staff let the CDC know that dozens of guests and crew had flu-like illness or tested positive for influenza A or B and were placed in isolation.
None of the 82 patients met the CDC criteria as a person under investigation for the CDC.

Maryland Senate GOP introduces bill for Hogan to declare state of emergency in Baltimore
Annapolis, Md. (WBFF) -- Senate Minority Leader J.B. Jennings, Senate Minority Whip Steve Hershey and members of the Senate Minority Caucus introduced a bill to provide an immediate response to the violent crime crisis in Baltimore City.
“There have been 52 murders in Baltimore City so far this year. We are more than halfway through this legislative session, and Rome is still burning,” said Senate Minority Leader J.B. Jennings. “The citizens of Baltimore don’t have the luxury of waiting for the legislature to compromise. Something has to be done now to restore law and order in Baltimore.”
The Senate Republican bill expands the emergency powers of the Governor to declare a Violent Crime Emergency and provide an immediate response with State resources.

Though, to be fair, while President Trump has cracked down on China and Iran, his reaction to Italy and South Korea has been slightly more mild (though the State Department has issued travel advisories targeting SK and Italy.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is preparing for President Trump to potentially make an emergency declaration regarding the coronavirus outbreak, NBC News reported Monday.
The agency is readying itself in case Trump makes an “infectious disease emergency declaration,” which would allow states and local governments to receive disaster relief funding and federal assistance to combat the virus, according to internal planning documents obtained by NBC.
The declaration would allow FEMA to distribute this funding under the 1988 Stafford Act, which is more often used to provide money for natural disaster relief but can also be used for diseases. The Stafford Act was also used to help fund the fight against the West Nile virus in New York and New Jersey in 2000.

Senate Homeland Committee To Issue First Subpoena In Biden-Burisma Probe
Senate Homeland Security Committee chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) plans to force a vote to issue the first subpoena linked to his probe involving Hunter Biden and Ukrainian energy firm, Burisma Holdings.
Johnson sent a letter to members of his committee on Sunday saying that it is his "intention to schedule a business meeting to consider a committee subpoena" of a former consultant for Blue Star Strategies, which Johnson noted worked as a U.S. representative for Burisma.

The era of Judge Judy is coming to an end. At least, Judge Judith Sheindlin announced Monday that her famous courtroom TV show on CBS will conclude after its 25th season finishes. Judge Judy plans to use her massive popularity to launch a new show — but also to make the case for Michael Bloomberg in the 2020 election.
Judge Judy endorsed Bloomberg and his authoritarianism a while back, but in an explosive USA Today op-ed published on Sunday, she attacked Bernie Sanders and made her case for the former New York City mayor. While Judge Judy’s attacks on the socialist senator certainly had some merit, her argument for Bloomberg did not. In fact, it was downright incoherent and endorsed a version of Bloomberg incompatible with the reality of the man’s character and his legacy.
"I’m supporting Michael Bloomberg for president, and I urge you to do the same,” Judge Judy wrote. “He, and he alone, can provide the leadership we need to bring us together and end the toxic civil war that is ripping our nation apart.”
