Gas Prices Are All Over The Place!

Yesterday I drove to Georgetown, DE. and I couldn't believe my eyes. Usually Delaware has much higher gas prices but as I saw the gas price in the North part of Salisbury at $2.31 per gallon, gas was down to $2.09 a gallon in Laurel, DE. right on Rt 13!

$ .22 cents per gallon, 7 miles apart is a serious problem. Next we'll hear from the Mayor telling us Salisbury has a special blend of gasoline that is better for the environment like we've heard her state before. Dee, Dee, Deeeee!

Another FREE Daily Times Plug Today

The Daily Times gave yet another free plug for Charles Jannace recognizing something stinks with the PACE group as well as the Alessi Campaign.

Think about it Folks, we know they're scared to death to face this guy and even Rick Pollitt won't step up to the plate and face him.

However, debates don't win races like this and although we'd love to participate, we'll take the free advertising instead and post our platform ideas on our website. Stupid is as stupid does.

Let's get one thing perfectly clear here Ladies and Gentlemen. Charles Jannace is being black balled by the Ron Alessi Campaign because they got a taste of what Charles Jannace is going to do to them in ANY debate, any time, any place!

Brad, Joe & Ron are desperate to keep Charles as far away from real voters as humanly possible or they would have stepped up to the plate and said, if they don't allow Jannace, we're not attending.

If the Alessi Campaign Group were anywhere near confident in their quest of a win, this is what they would have done. Instead, they are doing everything possible to take advantage of anything they can grasp at to keep Charles away from speaking to the public and letting them know and PROVE that everything Alessi said the other night was a complete lie and he proved it. Ron could be more embarrassed and couldn't have looked like a bigger fool!

The BIG question here is, did Ron Alessi just hand over the win to Charles Jannace by pulling such a move? My guess from speaking to "all" of the Press is, YES! Ron would have a better chance beating Charles Jannace by allowing him to be involved in the PACE Debate because "ALL" of the Media would be able to give equal amounts of Press. However, Charles Jannace is BIG news and they must interview him more in all fairness because he's being taken out of the game for no good reason.

So keep up the good work there Joe, Brad and Ron, you're sinking fast and we're getting more and more Press. You'd have to attempt suicide at this point Alessi before anyone will pay any attention to you now. I told you this guy was an idiot!

In closing, (Ron & Rick) Real "MEN" would tell PACE they're not going to participate in the debate unless they allowed the other "legal" Candidate top participate. Don't talk any BS along the way. If you're going to open your mouths, back it up by refusing to participate, period. The bigger MAN will get the most attention here Fellas! Why do I get the feeling that will be Charles?

The Randy Taylor Custom Downtown Parking Space

OK, see that Handicap Parking Space? That's the Randy Taylor parking space where he tells everyone it's not really a Handicap Spot, it's his personal spot and neighbors had been believing it. Until today, that is.

Today I watched Randy actually parking in a metered space because the word was out that I was on top of it and he's no longer breaking the law.

I travel through the City a few times a day and I'm going to continue to keep tabs on this parking space and take pictures of the white Suburban Randy drives and if it's in this spot I'm going to call the Police until we get the facts ironed out here. Just because you're a FOB doesn't mean you have the right to take advantage of a Handicap Parking Space. End of story.

You Pull This Finger & I'll Clear This Whole Room & We Can All Go Home!

More Candidates Than "Young Professionals" In Attendance.

This photo may appear as if there are quite a few people in attendance but in reality, most of the people you see are candidates and or friends of candidates.

Below, (center) is my wife, who walked in and they asked, are you a young professional? No. Are you under 36 years old? No. Then Mike Lewis walked in, came right over to Jennifer and shook her hand saying hello and they said, oh go ahead and just go in.

The guy in the bottom right hand corner clapping his hands, another friend who just walked in and because he walked in at the same time we did, they let him through.

All in all there were about 15 Young Professionals attending this event. Similar to other events, most of the people there are candidates and or their friends and there is a VERY serious problem with public participation and the Chamber of Commerce discouraged the Public's right to attend.

Now I also hear we're having issues with PACE and their not putting Charles Jannace on the agenda to speak. Wait till the lawsuits come out on that one!

The Chamber Of Commerce Discriminated Last Night

It should be clearly noted that the Chamber of Commerce discriminated against several people attempting to enter last nights Forum. Brad Bellacicco was standing at the front door flat out telling people that Joe Albero advertised their Forum as open to the public and he was wrong. That was lie number one. Brad, everyone you tried to defame me with last night was a friend of mine and they all showed up at Break Time Billiards later to express how they'll never have anything to do with the Chamber ever again.

You see Brad, it was posted in an artice in The Daily Times yesterday. You then contacted Mr. Jim Biggs and begged him to please ask me to ask others not to atend because you didn't think you had enough food. So like a gentleman I went ahead and posted an article asking people not to attend and then you tell people at the door it was my fault!

Oh Brad, Brad, Brad, Brad, Brad, you just don't respect the power of the Blog Sites, do you? In due time Brad, in due time.

City Taxpayers Get The Shaft Again!

Last Monday night the City Council once again gave yet another free ride to the Delaware Elevator Company. However, this time the price tag went from the $90,000.00 range all the way up to $150,800.00 to repair the elevator in the Parking Garage.

I have stated this in the past. I have researched brand new elevators that include the shaft and everything new and they cost somewhere around $140,000.00 brand new. To repair an elevator for $150,000.00 is just unbelievable but you people just sit back and watch these fools line their pockets right in front of your face.

Oh, let's top this whole story off with, there were 13 bids sent out to 13 different companies. Guess how many returned their bid? ONE! That's right, Delaware Elevator! Nobody else seemed to be remotely interested in bidding the job! Why did the City have to solicit companies for this job, rather than simply advertising it? Could it be that Delaware Elevator had the heads up as to the job not being as bad as it was written? Nevertheless, I smell another rat and I've never been wrong yet!

Yes Ron Alessi, that means you too. I think they can serve warm milk and cookies too. Break Time Billiards can take care of all of us and they'll appreciate our business. I have never in my life time seen such blatant law breaking, yet wide open for inspectors to see. Once again, this proves that the City is being run by FOB's and the sky is the limit. These wires go directly into a very mature bush that has been there for many years. I just cannot believe "any" company and or companies could have allowed such a thing.

Yesterday I took out my telephoto lens and zoomed into the new structure above the Sanford & Son Junk Yard on the Plaza. Then I saw the engineered trusses on top of this structure and said to myself, self, what the heck are these people doing here? Has anyone found out what this thingamabopper is?

OK, I've Personally Seen And Had Enough!

Today buryvoter went over to the Old Mall and captured these new photographs.

Now here's what gets me Folks. The Daily Times is NOT spending "any" time or energy reporting a real story such as this.

What's more interesting is the fact that with two days, look at all these newly broken windows. Can someone please tell me what the hell the Salisbury Police Department is doing?

When I was there the other day there were several wide open doors into the Old Mall and buryvoter told me he saw the exact same thing today.

Barrie Tilghman should be arrested and thrown in Jail until; the Mall is brought down to the ground for illegal activities and lying to the taxpaying public that hired her! Mike Dunn and Gary Comegy's should also be thrown in Jail as well for backing her and NOT doing something about this mess.

The Police Chief, (Webster) should be terminated. Talk about a Dee, Dee, Deeeee! Guess what Chief, there's crime at the Old Mall. There are people living there and your scared to send a Police Officer there to straighten things out. Wanna know why Folks? Because then they'd have to report the crime activity there and admit there's a serious problem there and the Mayor and Chief are too smart for all of you.

All in all, these people, Barrie Tilghman, Chief Webster, Mike Dunn, Gary Comegys and John Jacobs are NOT professionals that know what they're doing. Instead, they're game players using the taxpayers within the City to line their pockets and enjoy an easy paying job. Then came the Blog Sites and ruined all their fun. I guess I'll be seeing more criminal summons in the near future.
