Yorklyn- The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing Yorklyn, DE man, Wade Arnold.
Wade Arnold was last seen at his residence this afternoon at approximately 1:00 p.m. this afternoon. Arnold was enroute to Chatham, PA in order to visit a friend but never arrived at his destination. Troopers are concerned that his mental and physical status is such that he may cause harm to himself. Arnold was last seen operating a cream colored 1985 GMC pick up truck.
If anyone has any information in reference to the whereabouts of Wade Arnold, they are asked to call Troop 1 at 302-761-6677.
Gas Prices in Maryland and Virginia Below National Avg.
Travelers taking the car somewhere this holiday weekend will find gas prices in Virginia and Maryland at or below the national average.
Nationwide the average price for a gallon of regular gas is $3.56, the same as the average price in Maryland. The average price in Virginia is a little less at $3.42.
Gas is more expensive in the District of Columbia, where a gallon of regular currently costs $3.87.
Tom McGuire Is At It Again

The McGuire's are on the record for wishing Brooke Mulford dead and now George Chevallier. Its all about attention and for what it's worth, he's got it.
I'm confident the McGuire's have never met George. They have attacked my Wife and Grandson on a regular basis and yet they have never met them either. They drive by our home on almost a daily basis honking their horn and screaming out the window.
ANYONE who wishes another human being dead is sick in the head. Especially someone as wonderful as George Chevallier. George and Brooke have NEVER done anything to harm any one. I could see hatred towards someone like Thomas Leggs for murdering an innocent child like Sarah Foxwell.
Tom, I know you're reading this Post. You and your Wife have to be some of the sickest and mentally disturbed people I have ever met. I want this community to see your faces so they know who you are when you shop in Giant, WalMart or any other business within this community. I want the voters of Delmar to see you for who you really are and SLAM the door in your faces when you think of running for office.

Laurel- The Delaware State Police are investigating a two vehicle crash in which a tractor and trailer overturned trapping the operator that occurred this morning outside of Laurel.
The crash happened at approximately 6:50 a.m. this morning as Aaron Jefferson, 25, was operating a 2002 GMC Envoy and was traveling westbound on Concord Road just east of Kaye Road. For an unknown reason, Jefferson’s vehicle crossed the center line where it then struck the front left side of a 2011 International tractor pulling a flatbed trailer and which was being operated by Ronald Kolarik, 60. After the collision, the tractor trailer skidded off of the roadway and then rolled onto its side, trapping Kolarik inside. He was eventually freed by members of the responding fire company and then transported to the Nanticoke Hospital where he was treated and released for his injuries.
Aaron Jefferson was also transported from the scene by EMS to the Nanticoke Hospital where he was treated and admitted with non life threatening injuries. Jefferson was cited by Troopers for the above charges.
Detectives Probe Assault/Robbery Of Seaford Woman
Location: 25000 block of Park Circle Mobile Gardens, Brickyard Road, Seaford, DE
Date and Time of Occurrence: Saturday, July 02, 2011 at 2:50 a.m.
Suspect: Black male approximately 30 years of age, 5’05”-5’06” tall with an average build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a pair of blue jeans and a gray shirt.
Victim: 64 year old Seaford, DE female

Seaford- Delaware State Police detectives are currently investigating the assault and robbery of a 64 year old Seaford, DE woman that occurred early this morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:50 a.m. today as a male suspect knocked on the door of a residence located in the 25000 block of the Park Circle Mobile Gardens, in Seaford. After the 64 year old female homeowner opened the door the suspect entered the home at which time he then sexually assaulted her. After the assault the suspect removed some of the victim’s items from the home and then fled in an unknown direction. The victim then contacted 9-1-1 and was subsequently transported by EMS to the Nanticoke Hospital where she was treated and released with minor injuries.
The investigation into this assault in continuing and detectives are asking anyone who may have any information in reference to this incident to contact Troop 4 at 302-856-5850 ext. 214. Every Saturday we are blessed to enjoy the greatest history lessons the Eastern Shore has ever seen through the eyes and mind of George Chevallier.
Over the past several months George has experienced some health issues and recently returned to PRMC for a follow up surgery. Mind you, all is going well but George is having to stay in the Hospital a bit longer than he had expected.
That being said, please keep George in your thoughts and prayers. Getting old SUCKS but having to stay in the Hospital for weeks on end sucks even worse. Fortunately George is surrounded by extremely kind and professional care takers but I'm sure many of you know, a hospital bed is nothing like your own.

I am amazed to see all this people BASHING the Humane Society~ I have not dealt with Ms. Lugo but I have had many dealings with the staff of The Humane Society. If you people think they are over paid and underworked may you should stop sitting in front of your computer complaining and go into the facility and see for yourself.
The staff there has been nothing but kind to me and my family. I have been to may shelters and NONE complare! They treat their animals wonderfully.
On one of my visits to the Humane Society that everyone is speaking so horribly about, I was speaking with a young lady at the front and in walks a mangled and emaciated dog with its owner. The dog had a tow chain wrapped around its neck as a make shift leash. The owner wanted to bring the dog to the humane society because "I'm tired of hearing him bark" The young lady at the front took the dog and asked for a small donation to help with the cost of caring for the dog, The owner proceeded to say "No! She has cost me enough". I was appalled!
I don't think any of us really know what these employers at the Humane Society see and deal with on a regular basis. Think about it ... Everyday more unwanted, mistreated and abused pets come through their doors and they do for them what no one else has ever done.
If I am correct in saying, I do believe the county taxpayers are only paying for Animal Control Services thru Wicomico County Animal Control. Just like CITY taxpayers are paying for service rendered by CITY animal control: Neither of which is the Humane Society! The Humane Society is a non-profit! They arent there to do animal control, they are there to house and care for the animal. Do some research!
It is despicable to bash people who have nothing to do with this matter simply because you havent done your research. I think everyone sould be complaining to the county council whom is cutting the Animal Control budget and not to the people who have nothing to do with it!

10 Cities That Embody The American Dream
WASHINGTON (TheStreet) -- The American Dream has taken some nightmarish turns during the past few years, but some American cities are still sleeping blissfully.
Generally understood as the opportunity for success and prosperity inherent in the United States' greater freedoms, the American Dream has been pried from reality by a 9.1% unemployment rate; increasing credit restrictions that make it more difficult to buy a home even as housing prices and mortgage rates fall; and local and regional differences that create great divides in income, small-business opportunities and education. Americans may all be counting the same sheep while dreaming the American Dream, but where they live affects their ability to herd those sheep and turn their wool into safety blankets.
This is why TheStreet went out searching.
Though Americans have made a national pastime out of arguing over what the dream is, general consensus gives employment plenty of importance. With the idea it had to entail at least the opportunity for gainful employment, TheStreet limited its search to cities that the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported as having 5% unemployment or less in May. That whittled the list to only 17 cities in the United States.
The affordability of the remaining cities was judged based on the ratio of the median prices of existing single-family homes in the first quarter of this year provided by the National Association of Realtors to the area median incomes provided by Fannie Mae and median family income provided by the Census Bureau. Their livability was then measured by ratings from Walk Score, which ranks city "walkability" based on the presence of a city center such as a Main Street or a public space, enough people to ensure good business and frequent public transit, affordable housing near businesses, public spaces, a pedestrian-friendly design that puts buildings near the street and parking lots behinds them, schools and workplaces within walking distance and streets designed for bicyclists, pedestrians and transit.
Since none of these opportunities exist without education, we incorporated scores from the nonprofit educational website GreatSchools' Education Quality Index, which incorporates the most recently available public school test scores and 2010 median home price and population data into its findings, then ranks schools based on state standardized test scores and the most recent National Assessment for Educational Progress reports. With a little data on these cities' friendliness toward the business community and the economic stability of their business bases thrown in for good measure, TheStreet was able to narrow its list to the 10 cities that best embody the American Dream:

Troopers Search for Suspect After Touching Child
Location: Burger King Restaurant, 24000 block of Sussex Highway (RT 13), Seaford, DE

-White male, 50-60 years of age, 5’5”-5’9” tall with a large built. He was last seen wearing tan pants, a short sleeved button down shirt, black cap, and glasses.
Victim: 3 year old Laurel, DE boy

Seaford- The Delaware State Police are currently searching for a male suspect after he inappropriately touched a three year old juvenile in the bathroom of a fast food restaurant yesterday evening in Seaford, DE.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:15 p.m. yesterday as a Laurel, DE woman and her three year old son were inside of the Burger King Restaurant located in the 24000 block of Sussex Highway in Seaford. As the mother waited in line to receive her food order, the three year old responded to the men’s bathroom. A short time later, the victim’s mother responded to the bathroom and called for her son. After not receiving an initial response, the mother called again for her son at which time the men’s bathroom door was opened by another male patron of the restaurant who asked her if a small child inside of the bathroom was her son. The mother then looked in the bathroom where she observed her son standing inside with his pants down around his ankles and his shirt missing. It was at this point that the male suspect described above exited the stall inside of the bathroom, holding the victim’s shirt. The mother and the 3 year old victim then fled from the bathroom with the suspect following them, attempting to return the victim’s shirt. The mother then grabbed the shirt from the suspect, fled from the restaurant with her son, and called 9-1-1 from a nearby residence. The suspect was last seen entering a gold or silver vehicle described as possibly being a Dodge Neon. A subsequent interview of the victim was conducted at which time it was revealed that the male suspect had touched the victim’s penis while they were in the bathroom.

Seaford- The Delaware State Police are currently investigating a serious motor vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 6:50 a.m. this morning on Concord Road and Kaye Road east of the Seaford, DE town limits. Initial information is that there are three vehicles involved in the crash including a tractor trailer which has overturned. The number of injured parties and the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time. The roadways in the area of the crash scene are currently closed and commuters should find alternate means of travel.
The investigation into this crash is in its initial stages. More details will be released at the conclusion of the investigation.
HISTORICAL COMMENTS BY GEORGE CHEVALLIER
School Lunch
Throughout the years, school lunches have changed dramatically. The children of a hundred years ago were usually fed as a group by either the teacher or some parent that would send something with their child and then it was heated up on the ever-present wood stove. Some children brought a sandwich and maybe some cookies or a piece of fruit.
This arrangement continued for many years except for the wood stove. There were no cafeterias as there are today, and certainly no free lunches. I remember lunch time at St. Francis as being herded to the basement where several 8-person tables were set up. The only thing available was milk, which cost three cents. At the end of lunch two of the older boys walked around with a trash can and emptied the trash from each table that the children had passed down to the end of the table. A vivid memory I have is of one boy who always positioned himself at the end of the table so that he could take anything edible and consume it. When I think back on the situation, he must have been desperate to do what he did. The remnants of a sandwich or a half eaten apple never escaped his grasp.
Since no food was provided by the school, everybody had to “pack”. The different methods of carrying lunch varied from the standard brown paper bag to fancy metal boxes that displayed your favorite TV show or maybe a hero of the day. Some of them are quite collectible now. Of course, the most valuable are the ones that weren’t so popular then and therefore fewer of them were made. Mine was what you would call generic. It was gray and green like the one pictured above. I used mine from the second through the eighth grades and by the eighth grade it looked like chrome. I did go through many Thermos liners, though, as did every kid that carried this type of lunch box. If you dropped the Thermos, the glass liner was sure to shatter. They screwed in and were fairly easy to replace. I imagine Thermos made quite a bit selling glass liner replacements as everyone was good for a couple each year.
I was looking at my granddaughter’s lunch box this year and it was something to behold. She didn’t have a Thermos as she got her drink at her school. I went there for lunch a couple of times and they have a selection that would make any restaurant proud. They have a regular cafeteria where you can obtain a hearty meal and dessert. Kids have their favorites and I think everyone buys on pizza day. Ice cream is always popular. They have a computer set up that the parent pays into and from which the student can draw.
Things have certainly changed over the years and the responsibility of feeding our own children has been taken over by “the government” because they know best. People of my generation seemed to have survived because our mothers made sure we had what we needed, not what we wanted.
Hatch – Obama Catering to Special Interest Groups That Live Off the Federal Government
Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), the ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, said President Barack Obama is catering to “special interest groups that live off the federal government” instead of doing his job.
“Now I’ve been on every balanced budget amendment since I’ve been here, and I’ve got to tell you, this is the first time, I recall, where we’ve had all Republicans on board,” said Hatch at a press conference on Capitol Hill on Wednesday. “Now, we know we’re going to get Democrats on board and the question is can we get 20? And I think we can.”
Scott Delays Decision on Run for US Senate
U.S. Rep. Bobby Scott said Friday he's not ready to announce if he'll run for the U.S. Senate in 2012.
The Newport News Democrat said in March that he was considering making the bid for his party's Senate nomination because the House, where he has served for almost two decades, has become so divisive.
Scott said in a prepared statement that he is delaying his decision for an unspecified time but acknowledged that the longer he waits, the more likely another candidate can "build insurmountable leads, making a later entry unfeasible."
If Scott runs, he'll first have to compete for his party's nomination against former Gov. Tim Kaine and Julien Modica of Reston. The victor will face the winner of a five-person Republican primary.
Michele Bachmann and the Conservative Comeback
I don’t know whether Michele Bachmann will make a good president or not. But let’s face it: none of us ever really know the answer to that question until a candidate is planted firmly in the Oval Office.
I do know, however, that the year 2010 was dubbed ‘the year of the conservative woman.’ And with Mrs. Bachmann’s announcement of a presidential bid, 2012 is shaping up to be a banner year.
A conservative woman leader is precisely what America needs to shake things up (our very own Margaret Thatcher!), and Michele Bachmann just may fit that bill – if for no other reason than her complete disregard for the status quo. That she allows herself to be called “Mrs.” speaks volumes. That she’s a mother of five, as well as a former foster parent to 23 children, makes her a person of immense character. And character is in short supply these days.
But what makes Michele Bachmann so utterly delightful, so utterly relatable, is her strong conservative mind. It is totally bereft of victimhood. When asked if she finds herself in a subordinate position as a female, she categorically says no.
79 Year Old Fined for Drawing Gun on Federal Agents
An elderly Bumpass man who owns the Lake Anna Marina today escaped a prison term for pulling a gun on federal agents last year but was hit with a $250,000 fine, the maximum allowed.
Joseph Henry Boggs Sr., 79, was in a powered wheelchair when he faced U.S. District Court Judge Robert E. Payne for sentencing.
But in his home on May 4, 2010, he was on his feet when he pulled a .38-caliber revolver on special agents with the Defense Criminal Investigative Service who came calling as part of an investigation into Boggs’ son-in-law.
The agents drew their weapons but no shots were fired and Boggs eventually lowered his gun and walked away from the confrontation.
He pleaded on March 1 to a charge of assaulting, resisting and impeding a federal officer was facing up to 25 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Because of Boggs’ age and health, prosecutors asked for just five months in prison.
House Members Call for Investigation Into Kagan’s Testimony
Forty-nine members of the U.S. House of Representatives--including the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, the chairman of the Republican Policy Committee and two presidential candidates--are pointing to evidence they say is "contradictory" to Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's confirmation testimony and calling for the House Judiciary Committee to investigate the matter.
The lawmakers also say they believe that evidence already made public shows that Kagan must recuse herself from any court cases involving the health care bill signed into law by President Barack Obama while she was serving as Obama's solicitor general.

How to Learn to Love the Gym
Any time spent at the gym rather than on your couch munching on cheese fries is time well spent, but try convincing your brain of that when confronted with the choice of whether to spend a chunk of free time at the gym or the drive-thru. The key is to somehow convince yourself to actually look forward to working out rather than see the activity as a prison sentence.
The Next Great Generation offers advice on how to do just that:
*Eliminate excuses by keeping a bag at hand. Pack workout clothes and snacks and the excuses "I don't have my stuff" and "I'm hungry" won't win out.
*Find a gym with hot people. Lust is a powerful motivator, so it certainly doesn't hurt to choose a workout facility with attractive clientele. Wistful longing has a way of taking your mind off the harsh realities of the treadmill.
Ocean City Celebrates July 4th
The Fourth of July will be filled with family fun in Ocean City, Maryland with two great places to celebrate the holiday, both presenting free concerts beginning at 8 p.m. and fireworks to follow.
At Northside Park, 127th Street and the bay, the Groove Train starts the evening there off with an exciting blend of music from the days of disco. The spectacular fireworks display will be shot from the west side of the park at 9:30 p.m. You’ll hear the oohs and aahs throughout the park as the colorful displays light up the evening sky. Get there early to claim the best location to view the fireworks.
Meanwhile, on the south end of town, you can head to Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk with its bright lights, assortment of food, family fun and more fantastic fireworks. Bring your beach chair or blanket and claim a spot on the beach at North Division Street for a free concert at 8 p.m. with The United States Army Band Downrange. Fireworks will also fill the sky over the ocean beginning at 9:30 p.m.
Parking is extremely limited at both locations. It is recommended that you take the bus. Bus service is $3 ride all day or $1 per boarding.
The West Ocean City Park & Ride on Route 50 is just west of the Route 50 Bridge and offers free parking and $1 round-trip shuttle service to downtown.

78th Army Band to Perform at N. Division Street on July 9th
The 78th Army Band will perform at the North Division Street beach stage on Saturday, July 9 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
The 78th Army Band is the musical ambassador for the 99th RSC, United States Army Reserve. Commander of the 99th RSC is MG William D R Waff and the Command Sergeant Major is Richard Castelveter. The band is under the direct command of the 99th RSC HHC and its commander MAJ Kevin Branch.
The 78th Army Band consists of 46 talented musicians from Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Band members are called upon as Army Reservists to provide entertainment for civic and military ceremonies; parades and concerts; and perform a variety of music including classical, concert, marches/patriotic, pop and jazz. The mission of the band is to furnish music whenever and wherever assigned while serving our nation and our community.
The 78th Army Band performs at numerous events, including military ceremonies, public community concerts, public parades, and school performances. In April 1998, the band was the premier band for many events in Washington, D.C., celebrating the 90th Birthday of the United States Army Reserve. Again, in 2008, the band was the vanguard band in celebrating the Army Reserve’s 100th Anniversary, leading the 2008 national Memorial Day parade in Washington DC.
The 78th Army Band consists of different performing Groups, which include Concert Band, Stage Band, Marching/Ceremonial Band, Brass Quintet, Woodwind Quintet, Jazz Combo, Checkmate (Rock Band), Dixie Band, and Buglers. The majority of our skilled musicians are versatile on more then one instrument, which enables the band to perform for various types of military and civic functions. The band drills one weekend per month and has 14 days of active duty per year.

Maryland Boy, 5, Shoots Neighbor, 4
Authorities say a 5-year-old boy has inadvertently shot his 4-year-old neighborhood while playing at a playground in Prince George's County.
Police spokesman Cpl. Mike Rodriguez says officers were called to a shooting Thursday afternoon at an apartment complex on 23rd Parkway in Hillcrest Heights, where they found the 4-year-old with a gunshot wound. The boy, who was shot in the back, was taken to a hospital. Authorities say he is expected to survive.
Police say the 5-year-old shooter became scared by what had happened and hid the gun in his family's apartment. Authorities are trying to determine who owns the gun and where it came from.
Rodriguez did not identify either boy.
Lewes Man Dies in Fiery Crash
A 50-year-old man was killed Thursday in a fiery single-car crash 5 miles west of Millsboro, state police said this morning.
The accident happened about noon on Careys Camp Road north of Laurel Road (Del. 24).
William P Karbonick Jr. of Lewes was driving north in a 1990 Toyota Corolla when it went off the east side of the road on a curve into a 10-foot drainage ditch, partially overturning.
A fire in the engine compartment quickly consumed the rest of the car, trapping Karbonick, said Sgt. Paul Shavack.
Karbonick was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was turned over to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy..

York Girl, 15, to Tap Liberty Bell on July 4th
This 4th of July, Samantha Wallace, 15, a rising junior at York High School, plans to be in Philadelphia to tap the Liberty Bell in Independence National Historical Park.
Every 4th of July, dignitaries and direct descendants of the signers of the Declaration of Independence — referred to as Junior Members of The Society of the Descendants of the Declaration of Independence — are invited to be bell-tappers.
The bell is tapped at 2 p.m. each year to celebrate the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
Dover Man Charged With Child Porn Distribution
A 20-year-old Dover man was arrested Thursday following an undercover investigation into the distribution of child pornography, state officials said today.
Members of the Delaware Child Predator Task Force arrested Kenneth J. Zera Jr. following a raid on his West Lebanon Road home.
He was charged with 20 counts of dealing in child pornography.
Task Force members executed a search warrant Thursday and seized several computers and other digital evidence, which were reviewed for child pornography.

Plans for Oktoberfest Brewing in Berlin for This Fall
Berlin could have the opportunity to match its German namesake this fall if Worcester County matches the town’s move to approve a day of beer sales during an Oktoberfest event.
During its Monday meeting, the Berlin Town Council unanimously approved a one-day permit to sell beer in a public beer garden on Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Berlin’s Economic and Community Development Director Michael Day presented the plan and placed great importance on the vote because the town had never approved such a motion to sell beer downtown before.
“This is unlike the drink stands that are usually set up outside of the Atlantic Hotel for events such as May Day Play Day and the Jazz and Blues Fest,” Day said. “That selling is all on private property, and all managed by the Atlantic Hotel. This would be on street property in a fenced-in beer garden, and the Berlin Chamber of Commerce would be doing it.”
Phillips Seafood Founder, Brice Phillips, Dies at 90
Brice R. Phillips, the patriarch of a Maryland seafood empire that began 55 years ago with a simple crab shack in, died Friday at his home in the seaside resort town.
Mr. Phillips, who was 90, had been in declining health. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
The family business noe includes 19 Phillips restaurants, along with a line of retail products sold under the Phillips Seafood name and seafood products for the food service industry.
Mr. Phillips, who co-founded the restaurant business with his wife of 68 years, Shirley, remained closely associated with the company even after handing day-to-day responsibilities to a son, Stephen B. Phillips of Annapolis, in the mid-1990s.
Exxon Mobil Ordered to Pay Over $1.5 Billion to Maryland Families
Exxon Mobil Corp. has been ordered to pay more than $1.5 billion in damages to 160 families and businesses affected by a 2006 gasoline leak in Maryland.
Jurors awarded more than $1 billion in punitive damages on Thursday, after earlier awarding $495 million in compensatory damages. The ruling in Baltimore County Circuit Court follows a $150 million award in 2009 involving about 90 households, which Exxon is appealing. The Irving, Texas-based oil company said the facts do not support the latest ruling and that it will appeal it as well.

Closure of Edwardsville Road Near Harrington
The Department of Transportation's (DelDOT) Maintenance crews will close Edwardsville Road between Courtland Dill Road and Spectrum Farms Road near Harrington for the replacement of a crossroad pipe.
The closure is expected to take place at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, July 11. The road will reopen on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, July 22, pending weather. The rain dates will be July 18 through July 29.
Traffic will be detoured as follows:
Northbound: Traffic from Edwardsville Road will travel west onto Courtland Dill Road and turn north on Cedar Grove Church Road, turn east on Spectrum Farms Road and back to Edwardsville Road.
Southbound: Traffic from Edwardsville Road will travel west onto Spectrum Farms Road, turn south on Cedar Grove Church Road and turn east onto Courtland Dill Road and return back to Edwardsville Road.
Access to local residents, emergency response vehicles, and postal delivery (where possible) will be provided at all times.
Aerial Tram Plans Under Revision
Preliminary plans to build an aerial tram amusement ride in Ocean City have gone back to the drawing board as the designer works to find a less controversial site for the ride.
Trey Winstead of Baltimore proposed to build an aerial tram, called Skyline Ocean City, over the Boardwalk. According to information he sent to Ocean City officials a few weeks ago, he envisioned a tram that would carry passengers from the inlet parking lot to the north end of the Boardwalk at 27th Street and back that would run 50-85 feet above the boards.
Winstead pulled his presentation from the agenda of the June 20 City Council meeting because he said the plans were still in the preliminary stage and were not ready to be made public information. But news outlets caught word of the aerial tram proposal and the news quickly spread throughout the area.
On Monday, Winstead said the publicity of the ride generated some negative comments about the proposed location over the Boardwalk, with people raising concerns that the structure would block the view of the beach and ocean. He said he is making changes to the plan in response, including searching for a different location in the resort, but he would not divulge where that might be.
