And so, with the midterm election in the rearview mirror, behold the rush into the next phase of Civil War 2. The Golden Golem of Greatness (aka, President Trump) finally requested the resignation of the feckless Attorney General, Mr. Sessions - a fine point as we shall see. The New York Times, of course, played it as an opportunity to litigate the constitution in their headline the day after:
WASHINGTON — President Trump fired Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Wednesday, replacing him with a loyalist who has echoed the president’s complaints about the special counsel investigation into Russia’s election interference and will now take charge of the inquiry.
Notice that in the headline and the lede The Times is trying to establish the legalistic meme that Sessions was fired rather than resigned, hoping to trigger an obscure DOJ rule that a fired AG cannot be replaced by a temporary appointment. (Well, Mr. Sessions did sign a letter of resignation stating that…uh… he resigned.) At the same time, The Times tries to establish that the incoming Acting AG, Matthew G. Whitaker, is too biased to serve, setting the table for a constitutional food fight.
Of course The New York Times is no longer a newspaper in the traditional sense, but an advocacy and propaganda arm of the Democratic Party. They’re pushing this desperate gambit because it’s clear that Mr. Trump is taking the gloves off now in this long-running battle. What’s actually at stake is whether the DOJ will prosecute the actual and obvious collusion that occurred during and after the 2016 election - namely, the misconduct of the highest DOJ and FBI officials in collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign to cook up the bogus Russia-gate case, and the subsequent scramble to cover up their activities when Mrs. Clinton lost the election and they realized the evidence trail of this felonious activity would not be shoved down the memory hole by Clinton appointees.

Why Are So Few Americans Able To Get Ahead?
Our entire economy is characterized by cartel rentier skims, central-bank goosed asset bubbles and stagnating earned income for the bottom 90%.
Despite the rah-rah about the "ownership society" and the best economy ever, the sobering reality is very few Americans are able to get ahead, i.e. build real financial security via meaningful, secure assets which can be passed on to their children.
As I've often discussed here, only the top 10% of American households are getting ahead in both income and wealth, and most of the gains of these 12 million households are concentrated in the top 1% (1.2 million households). (see wealth chart below).
Why are so few Americans able to get ahead? there are three core reasons:
1. Earnings (wages and salaries) have not kept up with the rising cost of living.
2. The gains have flowed to capital, which is mostly owned by the top 10%, rather than to labor ((wages and salaries).
3. Our financialized economy incentivizes cartels and other rentier skims, i.e. structures that raise costs but don't provide any additional value for the additional costs.

Paradise Lost: Aggressive "Wall Of Fire" Decimates Entire California Town, "God Help Us"
Update (2:30 pm ET): Police in Northern California said five people have been found dead in their vehicles in Paradise, California after the Camp Fire burned through nearly the entire town. They couldn't immediately be identified because of the burns. The Butte County Sheriff's Office said on Friday that autopsies will be conducted, according to the Associated Press.
That fire has since expanded to nearly 110 square miles (285 square kilometers).
One year after the deadliest and costliest wildfire season in California's history, three wildfires have broken out in Northern California. On Friday, the most aggressive of the three fires destroyed most of the town of Paradise, a community with 27,000 residents, forcing residents to frantically flee for their lives. According to USA Today, as strong winds fanned the flames, they also hindered aircrafts' ability to drop flame retardant on the fire.
In a 24 hour period, the Camp fire surged through the town of Paradise, located in the Sierra foothills, torching some 31 square miles, or 20,000 acres. Panicking residents dropped everything, with some abandoning cars to flee on foot as the fire blocked off escape routs. The state issued a mandatory evacuation order as the smoke from the flames darkened the skyline.

Outgoing Sessions Takes Final Shot at Obama Legacy
AG limits federal oversight of local police in final act
The U.S. Department of Justice has moved to sharply curtail federal authority aimed at curtailing abuse and civil rights violations at local police departments across the country by directing U.S. attorneys to limit the use of consent decrees and settlement agreements.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions, in one of his final acts before President Donald Trump ousted him, said the Justice Department could investigate alleged legal violations but that “special caution” was required before resolving any disputes with states or local entities, the department said late Thursday.
Sessions has long opposed consent decrees between the Justice Department and police departments in cities such as Chicago and Baltimore to institute reforms, which were heavily utilized in the Obama administration, and sought to delay or overturn them.

Donald Trump: Authorities Investigating Possible Election Fraud in Florida
“Law Enforcement is looking into another big corruption scandal.”
President Donald Trump announced Thursday night that law enforcement was investigating possible election fraud in Florida after Gov. Rick Scott appeared to win his midterm senate race.
“Law Enforcement is looking into another big corruption scandal having to do with Election Fraud in #Broward and Palm Beach,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Florida voted for Rick Scott!”
Mysteriously, thousands of additional votes from Broward County continue to be tallied by an elections official who allegedly has a history of mishandling election ballots.

Trump Hints At Federal Investigation As Dems Gain Ground In Arizona, Florida And Georgia
Update: President Trump has escalated his voter fraud allegations with a double-tweet.
After earlier mocking the Democrats and vote-count shenanigans: "You mean they are just now finding votes in Florida and Georgia – but the Election was on Tuesday? Let’s blame the Russians and demand an immediate apology from President Putin!"
The president turned to more serious matters, noting that "as soon as Democrats sent their best Election stealing lawyer, Marc Elias, to Broward County they miraculously started finding Democrat votes." He then suggests, "don't worry, Florida - I am sending much better lawyers to expose the FRAUD!"
After Florida launched a state-wide investigation into the ongoing vote counting in Broward County following allegations that the heavily Democratic district may have acted to suppress Republican votes, President Trump on Friday suggested that he could order a federal investigation into the vote counting in the race between Republican Rick Scott and Democrat Bill Nelson.
When asked during a press briefing on Friday whether the federal government could become involved in the vote count, Trump didn't rule out the possibility.

Obama-Appointed Judge Blocks Keystone XL Pipeline, Dealing Blow To Trump’s Agenda
A federal judge moved Thursday to block President Donald Trump’s decision to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline without providing a reason for overturning the Obama administration’s ruling on the project.
Judge Brian Morris found that the Trump administration did not account for how a decline in oil prices might affect the pipeline’s viability. The government’s analysis failed to address how greenhouse gas emissions might increase as a result of the project’s approval, he noted.
“The Department instead simply discarded prior factual findings related to climate change to support its course reversal,” he wrote. Morris also cited a U.S. Supreme Court noting: “An agency cannot simply disregard contrary or inconvenient factual determinations that it made in the past.”
The Department of State issued a 300-page report in July finding that the Keystone extension could damage wetlands across parts of Nebraska, though most of the impact would be temporary.

Florida at center of explosive post-election fight, as new Arizona Senate tally gives edge to Dem
A midterm election season that appeared quite settled Tuesday night has suddenly entered a bitterly contested overtime, with Arizona’s Senate candidates locked in a tight race and trading the lead as votes trickle in – and Florida reprising its 2000 role as the center of a ballot-counting brawl complete with armies of lawyers and allegations of local corruption.
In Arizona, Democratic candidate Kyrsten Sinema suddenly took a narrow 9,600-vote lead over GOP opponent Martha McSally late Thursday, with some 400,000 votes left to count in a closely watched race that will determine the size and influence of the Republican Senate majority in January.
That was after McSally had consistently led Sinema since Election Day, and was ahead by 17,000 votes as of early Thursday.

Districts with Large Foreign-Born Populations Elected Far-Left Democrats
Congressional Districts with booming foreign-born populations sent some of the most far-left, socialist Democrats to Congress in the midterm elections this week.
On Tuesday night, congressional districts that have been dramatically changed by mass immigration elected Democrats like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in New York, Ilhan Omar in Minnesota, and Ayanna Pressley in Massachusettes.
The congressional districts sending some of the most liberal, far-left Democrats to Congress have large foreign-born populations that do not seem to be leveling off anytime soon as the U.S. continues admitting more than 1.5 million foreign nationals every year.

Trump calls April Ryan a 'loser,' threatens to revoke more press credentials
President Trump on Friday suggested he could pull press credentials from other reporters who don't show him "respect."
The comments come two days after the president suspended the press pass of CNN chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta after a contentious exchange during a news conference.
"I think Jim Acosta is a very unprofessional man," Trump said.
Asked how long Acosta's credentials will be suspended, the president replied: "As far as I'm concerned, I haven't made that decision. But it could be others also"
Trump also went after April Ryan of American Urban Radio Networks as a "loser" who "doesn't know what the hell she is doing."

Trump: "What A Stupid Question That Is. You Ask A Lot Of Stupid Questions"
Having barred his CNN arch nemesis Jim Acosta from the White House, on Friday the president lashed out at another CNN reporter at the White House over his appointment of Matthew Whitaker as acting AG as well as Whitaker's views towards the special counsel investigation.
During a Friday morning gaggle with White House reporters before Trump's trip to Paris, CNN's Abby Phillip asked the president if he was hoping Whitaker, who previously criticized Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation, would "rein in" the Russia probe. "Do you want [Whitaker] to rein in Robert Mueller?" Phillip asked.
Trump's response left the stunned reported speechless. "What a stupid question that is," Trump said and, just in case it was lost, repeated "what a stupid question."

A Viewer Writes: Salisbury Fire Department & Leadership A Mess
At approximately 3:10 PM on November 10, 2018, Wicomico 911 dispatches Salisbury Fire Station 16 Fire and Paramedic 16 for a stabbing at 502 Swan Road involving 2 patients stabbed.
Paramedic 16 and Engine 16 responded and then Assistant Chief 1 responds.
Paramedic 16 and Engine 16 arrived on scene and staged.
At 3:20 PM Central advised 21A(acting Lieutenant Wismer) that PD on the scene advised that there were two patients, one stabbed in the chest and one unconscious and asked if he would like a second ambulance. Acting Assistant Chief Ron Wismer said "Yeah."
*Um... Why didn't he request a second EMS unit when they were dispatched and was told there were 2 patients in the beginning? Why didn't Assistant Chief O'Barsky request the second ambulance? Why didn't Wicomico Central dispatched 2 ambulances? They have "Priority Dispatching" so it should have automatically popped up on the dispatch screen when taking the call. Two patients always mean two ambulances. But they dispatched a fire truck even though there was no fire.
Paramedic 2 is finally dispatched and responds.
When they finally get to the patient, Assistant Chief "Crash" O'Barsky called Paramedic 2 in a panic and told them they needed to expedite.
At 3:28 PM Assistant Chief O'Barsky advised Central that he was assuming command. Why now? What took so long? You had an incompetent "acting" lieutenant that shouldn't be in charge of any employees. He is an incompetent paramedic and shouldn't be working for the City of Salisbury.
Paramedic 2 arrives at the hospital at the hospital 3:37 PM.
PM 2 asked what time Paramedic 16 arrived at the hospital. Central advised 3:33pm Usually that means it means a DOA/Priority 4 but not certain at this time.
Evidence that the leadership in the Mayor's Office and the Fire Chief's Office at the Salisbury Fire Department shouldn't be running an Emergency Medical Services division, especially in the County. This is a specialty that shouldn't fall under a fire department that makes hiring firemen a priority over life safety. The City of Salisbury under the Leadership of Jake Day, Jim Ireton and Jack Heath has hired 24 firefighters in the last couple of years. Almost double of what they have ever hired in the history of the Salisbury Fire Department. This makes more paid firemen than police officers. We have a failing Salisbury Police Department in dire need of seasoned police officers as well as paramedics. The Salisbury Police Department has to get the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office to handle crash reconstruction scenes as they did for the fatal accident on Rt. 13 this past Thursday. The Salisbury Police Department has to have the Maryland State Police handle murders in the City and has had to all under the leadership of Barbara Duncan, Jim Ireton, Jake Day and Jack Heath.
Why has the City of Salisbury hired 24 additional paid firemen and no paramedics when fire calls are going down and EMS calls are skyrocketing. Sending a fire truck with paid firemen to a crime scene with two patients stabbed in the chest and abdomen doesn't justify a paid firemen's job and it certainly doesn't save lives. The need is for paid paramedics and not paid firemen and always has been.
Jake Day you are an idiot for promoting John Tull to the fire chief's position when he has always been a worthless butt kisser. Jake Day you are an idiot for promoting that little peon Jimmie Gladwell to Deputy Chief of the Salisbury Fire Department. Jack Heath and Muir Boda, you two are idiots for allowing this to happen.
As long as John Tull and the leadership at the Salisbury Fire Department, Jake Day, Jack Heath and Muir Boda as well as the leadership in Salisbury are in power, citizens in Salisbury and Wicomico County are going to continue to die.
Thank God the voters of Wicomico County sent Jack Heath, Muir Boda and Jake Day packing on November 6, 2018 in the County Elections!! How many losses is this for you now Jack? And you Muir?

Gilmore has also pitched in, working on his home with his new friends. He now plans to use this blessing to help others like him.
"It's just like the welcome home that I never got," Gilmore said. "They have no idea how this has turned my life around. It wasn't all for nothing, and it gives me hope to continue on."

Armed Man Shot, Killed By Officers Serving 'Red Flag' Protective Order
FERNDALE, Md. -- Two police officers ordered to remove firearms from a house on a "red flag" protective order fatally shot an armed man Monday morning in Ferndale, Maryland, police said. Anne Arundel County Police arrived at the house at 5:17 a.m. to remove guns from the home under a new law that temporarily allows for the seizure of firearms if a person shows "red flags" that they are a danger to themselves or others, CBS Baltimore reports.
A man, later identified by police as 61-year-old Gary Willis, answered his door with a gun in his hand, Anne Arundel County Police Sgt. Jacklyn Davis said.
Sgt. Davis said the man put the gun down. But then, according to a police press release, Willis "became irate" when officers attempted to serve the order. Willis picked the weapon up again, "a fight ensued over the gun," and a shot was fired, Davis said. The first shot didn't strike anyone, but the officers then fatally shot the man, Sgt. Davis said.
Neither of the officers were injured. Their names weren't released.
It wasn't clear why the "red flag" order was issued. A spokeswoman for the Maryland Judiciary denied a request from the Baltimore Sun to release protection order requests associated with the home, citing the law which states the orders are confidential unless a court rules otherwise.

The War for the Soul of America
This is a fight to the finish.
A postelection truce that began with Trump congratulating House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi -- "I give her a great deal of credit for what she's done and what she's accomplished" -- was ancient history by nightfall.
With the forced resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his replacement by his chief of staff, Matthew Whitaker, the long-anticipated confrontation with Robert Mueller appears at hand.
Sessions had recused himself from the oversight role of the special counsel's investigation into Russiagate. Whitaker has definitely not.
Before joining Justice, he said that the Mueller probe was overreaching, going places it had no authority to go, and that it could be leashed by a new attorney general and starved of funds until it passes away.
Whitaker was not chosen to be merely a place holder until a new AG is confirmed. He was picked so he can get the job done.
And about time.

1 in 3 US veterans suffers depression and 25% binge-drink, survey finds
Depression and binge-drinking is woefully common among veterans, survey data show.
The tormenting mental health condition affects one in four unemployed veterans and one in three who do work.
The rate is strikingly high among those with a disability: nearly 70 percent of them are depressed.
What's more, 25 percent of veterans with depression say they binge-drink.
Dr Lawrence Weinstein, chief medical officer of the American Addiction Centers, which produced the survey, said the figures show clear areas for policymakers, physicians and families to work on as the suicide rate among vets continues its decade-long rise. ]

ICE: Mexican National Released By Sanctuary County Went On To Commit Triple Murder
A Mexican national charged with killing three people in Missouri in early November was released from a New Jersey county jail in 2017, despite being the subject an active immigration detention request, federal authorities said Friday.
Luis Perez, 23, allegedly killed two of his ex-roommates in Springfield, Missouri, on Nov. 1 and then, a day later, shot and killed a woman who had accompanied him to the first two murders.
Perez had been kicked out of his apartment by the roommates, Steven Marler, 38, and Aaron Hampton, 23, The Associated Press reported, citing a Springfield police probable cause affidavit. The charging documents further stated the Perez was a recent arrival to Missouri and that his immigration status was in question.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed Perez’s illegal status in a statementFriday and added that he had previously been released by authorities in Middlesex County, New Jersey, despite a detainer request.

California Prisoners Got $3.5 Million from Social Security
Prisoners collected six-figure retirement payments while behind bars
Prisoners incarcerated in California took in $3.5 million in Social Security payments from taxpayers.
The inspector general for the agency reported 123 inmates received the disability and retirement payments despite the Social Security Act prohibiting payments to individuals "confined to a jail, prison, or certain other public institutions for committing a crime."
The report, released late last month, also found flaws in the Social Security Administration's database of prisoner information, as only 69 percent of prisoners' personal information matched SSA records.
"We identified 123 inmates who received approximately $3.5 million in improper payments while they were incarcerated in [California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Facilities]," the inspector general said. "In 49 cases, the Social Security Administration's (SSA) Prisoner Update Processing System (PUPS) did not contain the inmates' most recent confinement information."
In 74 other cases, the database contained accurate information that the beneficiary was incarcerated, but nothing was done to shut down their benefit payments.
The audit was based on data from the California Department of Corrections of 188,000 prisoners obtained by the inspector general in October 2016.

Trump Stumps Caravan: DOJ, DHS Move To Restrict Asylum Eligibility for Illegals
Acting AG wastes no time granting administration broad immigration powers
Caravan sympathizers aren’t going to like this one.
The DOJ and DHS announced new policies Thursday restricting illegal aliens from asylum eligibility.
In an Interim Final Rule announced by Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, the Trump administration was granted broad authority to block asylum claims for people who violate US immigration laws.
“Consistent with our immigration laws, the President has the broad authority to suspend or restrict the entry of aliens into the United States if he determines it to be in the national interest to do so,” Whitaker and Nielsen said in a joint statement.
“Today’s rule applies this important principle to aliens who violate such a suspension or restriction regarding the southern border imposed by the President by invoking an express authority provided by Congress to restrict eligibility for asylum. Our asylum system is overwhelmed with too many meritless asylum claims from aliens who place a tremendous burden on our resources, preventing us from being able to expeditiously grant asylum to those who truly deserve it. Today, we are using the authority granted to us by Congress to bar aliens who violate a Presidential suspension of entry or other restriction from asylum eligibility.”

White South Africans Barred from Government Jobs Website
White South African men are reportedly being excluded from a government-partnered youth employment initiative program, according to a new report. The Youth Employment Service ("YES") government job website has the goal of helping South Africans who have been unemployed for more than six months. The program has been endorsed by the National Development Plan 2030, which intends on eliminating poverty and reducing inequality within the next 12 years in the country.J
The website reportedly requires applicants to be in accordance with the Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") definition of black. They are also required to be between the ages of 18 and 34 and citizens of South Africa. BEE is a program launched by the South African government whose aim is redressing inequalities in the nation by giving South African citizens who are black economic privileges that are not available to white people. The program also includes colored and Indian people.
The YES website states:
“YES is a business-driven initiative which is breaking new ground by pioneering a partnership with government and labor, in collectively tackling a national plan to build economic pathways for black youth. Please note we are currently only registering candidates between the ages of 18 and 34, who are currently unemployed and must be black (as per the B-BBEE codes definition).”

Voter Fraud Allegedly Found In Deep Blue Florida County
Over 100 provisional ballots were rejected in Miami-Dade County on Thursday after election officials said that those people showed up to vote a second time in the same election, according to a local media reporter.
The news comes as Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) claimed earlier in the day that the Democrats and Florida election officials with questionable records were trying to "steal" the election in Broward County, which is just north of Miami-Dade County.
Miami-Dade County is one of the bluest counties in the state of Florida, as nearly two-thirds of the county voted for Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.

Dead brothel owner wins seat in Nevada state assembly
Brothel owner Dennis Hof has been elected to Nevada's state assembly – despite having died last month. The dead pimp soundly defeated his living Democratic opponent, triggering a complicated process to fill the now vacant seat.
Hof, 72, was running as a Republican in Nevada’s deeply-red Assembly District 36, which includes his hometown of Pahrump. The businessman humorously referred to himself the “Trump of Pahrump.” But Hof’s name could not be removed from the ballot after his sudden passing at his Love Ranch legal brothel last month.

Progressives Want to Burn Down Any Institution That Doesn’t Favor Them at the Moment
Sometimes progressives do a great job of becoming caricatures of themselves.
The progressive worldview is marked by a tendency to embrace utopian dreams, and a general disregard for tried and true traditions and institutions.
Ted Kennedy captured this instinct in 1968 when he said, quoting George Bernard Shaw: “Some men see things as they are and say, why; I dream things that never were and say, why not.”
But while laws and norms sometimes need to be changed, there is something to be said for recklessly overturning a system that has been at the heart of the strongest and freest country that’s ever existed.
This progressive instinct for change at any cost has gone off the rails.
Historically, progressives have sought to bring about a radical social transformation, and in order to achieve it, they have indulged a tendency to try to upend the constitutional system put in place by the Founding Fathers. But more pathetically, in recent days, they have sought to upend the Constitution for short-term political gain.

Feinstein Urged Obama To Use Presidential Power To Limit Immigration: ‘No Legislation Necessary’
Democratic California Sen. Dianne Feinstein encouraged then-President Barack Obama to use the “very broad power” granted to him by Congress to limit immigration in any way he saw fit, according to a letter obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Feinstein sent the letter to Obama in July 2014, in the midst of an unprecedented surge in illegal immigration by family units and unaccompanied minors, mostly from Central America, across the southwest border.
In her note, Feinstein referred to Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which grants the president the authority to “suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
The statute gave Obama wide latitude to issue new regulations concerning the entry and detention of migrants, Feinstein wrote, including limiting deportation appeal rights and keeping children in the custody of immigration authorities rather than transferring them to the Department of Health and Human Services.

Democrats Take Aim At Gun Rights; Will Push Most Aggressive Legislation In Decades
Democrats say they will pass the most aggressive gun-control legislation in decades after they take back control of the House in January, in the aftermath of two mass in less than two weeks, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The new measures will be supported by an influx of pro-gun-control lawmakers on their way to Capitol Hill after Tuesday's midterm elections, however any new measure would face an uphill battle in the GOP-controlled Senate.
Democrats ousted at least 15 House Republicans with “A” National Rifle Association ratings, while the candidates elected to replace them all scored an “F” NRA rating. -WSJ
"This new majority is not going to be afraid of our shadow," said California Democrat Mike Thompson, a Napa Valley, California legislator and chairman of the House Gun Violence Prevention Task Force. "We know that we’ve been elected to do a job, and we’re going to do it."
Gun control advocates came out in force this week following the murder of more than a dozen people on Thursday at a country music bar in Thousand Oaks, California.

Anti-Semitism is louder and more salient, but perhaps not 57 percent more frequent
The Anti-Defamation League's statistic that anti-Semitic incidences have increased by 57 percent since Donald Trump became president isn't terribly precise, as it turns out. Tablet Magazine recently investigated the methodology of the ADL's annual Audit of Anti-Semitic Incidents and found a few quirks that should make you question the idea that Trump's America is unsafe for Jews.
The ADL recorded 1,986 perceived acts of anti-Semitism in 2017, which is a 57 percent increase over the year prior. But at least 150 of these incidents came from one person — a "troubled Jewish teenager" from Israel who made baseless bomb threats to multiple American Jewish institutions, causing a massive panic early last year. A second man, a fired reporter for The Intercept (he had invented and falsely attributed quotes) attempting to intimidate his former girlfriend, made at least eight copy-cat threats that he was somehow hoping to pin on her. These two individuals, who probably were not acting out of personal hatred of Jews, account for roughly 24 percent of the total year-over-year increase.
And they might account for even more. Because as Tablet points out, the ADL relies on self-reporting — which is to say, widespread concern over the sudden and truly terrifying rash of threatening calls to Jewish Community Centers and the visibility of the alt-right could have led more Jews to report incidents in which they perceived themselves to be on the receiving end of an anti-Semitic act. One could hardly blame them at the time the bomb threats were in the news.

No Blue Wave In 2018... But A Tsunami Of Hate
In the early evening following the midterm elections, Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s wife was home alone when she suddenly became startled by a loud thumping at her door. The thumping came from a group of Antifa radicals, whose desire it was to strike terror into the hearts of Carlson’s family.
Susan Carlson ran upstairs as the mob that CNN refers to as “protesters” screamed disgusting threats at the Carlson residence, spray-painted the driveway and continued to try to force entry through the front door, which they broke.
The only thing seemingly missing from this display of intimidation and hatred were burning tiki torches. While the radical left seems preoccupied with labeling everyone that disagrees with their political views as white supremacist Nazis, including Israel-loving Middle Eastern women such as myself, threatening displays like this seem awfully similar to the days of the KKK burning crosses on the lawns of blacks they wanted to leave town.
That was the message these radicals wanted to send to Tucker Carlson, along with his wife and children, who thank God were not home at the time: leave town and shut up.

Good News for Americans Who Object to Obamacare’s Contraception Mandate
Those who cherish religious liberty can celebrate a major victory this week.
On Wednesday, the Department of Health and Human Services published final rules that provide much-needed relief from one of Obamacare’s most egregious assaults on rights of conscience and religious liberty: the mandate that nearly all health insurance plans cover abortion-inducing drugs and contraception.
One rule provides an exemption for religious beliefs, and a second rule provides an exemption for moral convictions. Together, they provide meaningful relief to Americans who have long been burdened by the onerous mandate. These exemptions bring to a close a yearslong saga that never needed to happen in the first place.
Obamacare requires insurance companies to cover certain kinds of preventive services with no enrollee cost-sharing, and it gives the Department of Health and Human Services the task of specifying the types of preventive services for women that health insurance plans must cover.

Accusations of fraud as Florida Senate race between Rick Scott and Bill Nelson appears headed to a recount; reaction and analysis on 'The Five.'
A state judge on Friday sided with Florida Republican Rick Scott in ordering that Republicans be granted “immediate” access to requested information about ballots in Broward County, amid explosive lawsuits against the county’s top election official.
In their lawsuit against Broward, Scott – the Republican gubernatorial incumbent narrowly leading in the state's race for a U.S. Senate seat -- and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) allege that officials there are hiding critical information about the number of votes cast and counted.
In an emergency court hearing on Friday afternoon, state Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips ruled there has “been a violation of the Florida constitution,” as well as the state’s public records act, by not turning over requested records.
Phillips ordered Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes to allow for the “immediate inspection” and “photocopying” of the requested records no later than 7 p.m. Friday.
“We are glad that the Broward Supervisor of Elections is being held accountable for this unethical failure," said Chris Hartline, a spokesman for Scott. "Bill Nelson and his rag tag group of liberal lawyers from D.C. keep trying to steal this election, but they won’t get away with it."
Scott is running against longtime incumbent Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson. On Thursday, a Nelson spokesperson tersely dismissed Scott's effort: “The goal here is to see that all the votes in Florida are counted and counted accurately. Rick Scott’s action appears to be politically motivated and borne out of desperation.”
It comes as Scott has warned of possibly “rampant fraud,” two heavily Democratic counties continue to report new votes, and three top races in the state appear headed for recounts. Fox News confirmed Friday that an unknown number of “bags” of uncounted early vote ballots have been found in Broward County. It is less than 100 ballots total, but officials did not give a precise number.
Scott's emergency complaint accused Snipes, the Broward County supervisor of elections, of being "unwilling to disclose records revealing how many electors voted, how many ballots have been canvassed, and how many ballots remain to be canvassed," and charges that the uncertainty "raises substantial concerns about the validity of the election process."

How to Talk to Your Children About the Democratic Party's Midterm Victory
When in the course of human events, a political setback befalls a noble leader — a man of pious mind and body, with a virile heart, who, through his boundless courage on the battlefield of life, and dignified endurance in the face of treasonous aggressions perpetrated by a hostile press, has secured a litany of savage triumphs on behalf of freedom-loving souls from sea to shining sea — it becomes necessary for citizens of decent respect and supreme intellect to articulate an explanation of these events for the edification of our nation's children.
I'm talking, of course, about the midterm elections.
As I'm sure you've heard by now, the Democrat Party has taken control of the U.S. House of Representatives for the first time since 2010. Nancy Pelosi, who is old enough to have witnessed the birth of her political lodestar, Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, aka Lenin, is probably going to be speaker again. The last time she held the gavel, she passed Obamacare and supported Hillary Clinton's attack on our embassy in Benghazi.
The fake news media drooling all over itself with glee. No surprise there. They're going to tell us the House defeat is a "repudiation" of President Donald Trump, but they won't even bother trying to investigate the validity of the election "results." They'll be too busy writing headlines about how Bob O'Rourke could "skateboard his way to the White House."

Election Fraud Expert: Brenda Snipes Allowed Illegal Aliens and Felons to Vote; Illegally Destroyed Ballots
Three statewide races in Florida are headed to a recount and all depend on results from a county whose supervisor of elections has a history of losing ballots and breaking laws by allowing illegal immigrants and felons to vote, as well as illegally destroying ballots.
Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes’ office has admitted “they don’t know” how many ballots there are still to count.
Snipes’ latest failure to finalize Tuesday’s election returns days after the polls closed is also in violation of Florida law, which requires elections officials to “report all early voting and all tabulated vote-by-mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close. Thereafter, the canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, updated precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all results are completely reported.”

How to Talk to Your Pansy Marxist Nephew at Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving and thanks for publishing my column. I'm a big fan of this holiday because few things are more American than boozing up and chowing down 'til your ankles swell and your corduroys pop. In between, you get to watch some football and share your thoughts on the trainwreck presidency of Barack Hussein Obama (hint hint). I consider myself a knowledgable debater because I read up on the blogs and I'm typically one of the most "liked" commenters on the articles. The reason I'm writing this is because my brother's dumb kid likes to get chatty with me. I've never seen anyone bring so many printouts to the dinner table. His "talking points," he says. Reminds me of my last divorce, all those friggin' printouts. This kid, my nephew, will never admit to being a communist, it's always this "moderate independent" crap. But his Facebook feed is full of Bernie Sandinista, if you know what I mean, and he recently tweeted some gibberish about riding the bus in Czechoslovakia and identifying as a "human being" instead of what he is, an American. He's been a "student" at some Ivy League circlejerk for the better part of a decade. I think he's 29, who the hell even cares? If he's the future, this country's digging its own grave and I'm glad I won't be there when it finally kicks the bucket. When I was his age, I was flying Ranger battalions into Grenada in '83. I spent Thanksgiving there, and believe me, we didn't have any damn printouts. We had a war, son. A lot of my buddies have similar situations in their families, and they're always asking me for advice on how to put up with this left-wing propaganda. Well, I'll give you a taste. He's gonna be all like "you're just giving ISIS what they want." I'll come back at him with something like: "You know, you raise an interesting point there, Brayden. I'll tell you what, why don't you invite one of your ISIS pals around the house and we'll see how much he likes it when I slash his guts out with the turkey knife. You think that's what he wants? They want us to crush them? Tell me something, how did you feel when your Little League team got mercy-ruled by those country boys in the district finals? Is that what you wanted? Were you just phoning it in for the "participant" trophy? Is that why you're too afraid to shave that pathetic beard? Becausethat's what ISIS wants? Am I othering you right now? Did I carpet bomb your safe space?

Maryland Attorney General Consumer Alerts Update; Veterans Charity Scams
On November 11, we will collectively honor those who served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Veterans Day is an opportunity to show our appreciation for their service, and for some this is reflected in donations to organizations that help homeless and disabled veterans, offer medical or wellness services, help with employment counseling or placement, or for any number of services that benefit veterans.
Unfortunately, some charitable donations never make it to the intended recipients. And like any other request for charitable donations, those claiming to help veterans are no exception. While there are many genuine organizations that fundraise on behalf of our nation’s veterans, the Consumer Protection Division is advising Marylanders to be on the lookout for sham fundraisers. Some phony organizations may take advantage of Veterans Day to deceive well-meaning people looking to support veterans.
In recent years, our office has taken legal action against sham fundraisers, including one based in southern Maryland that fraudulently claimed to help homeless veterans. This organization sent fundraisers to ask for donations outside grocery stores and other retail storefronts all over southern Maryland and presented forged documents to potential donors claiming the organization was registered with the Secretary of State (required for all charities soliciting in Maryland) when it was not. That organization also fabricated a story about its donations supporting a homeless shelter in Calvert County that did not exist.
Earlier this year, the Maryland Office of the Attorney General joined “Operation Donate with Honor,” a nationwide initiative to crack down on phony fundraisers that steal money from generous people. The effort also promotes consumer education in recognizing charitable solicitation fraud and identifying legitimate charities. The Consumer Protection Division offers this advice for those looking to donate to charitable organizations:
- Check whether the organization is registered with the Maryland Secretary of State’s Office (Tip: You can search the Maryland Charities Database athttps://sos.maryland.gov/Charity/Pages/SearchCharity.aspx).
- Don’t be rushed. Unscrupulous callers want to get your money fast. Undoubtedly, the need will still be there after Veterans Day.
- Ask for the full name, address, and phone number of the charity.
- Ask for what purpose your contribution will be made. If your donation is solicited by an organization on behalf of another charity, ask how much actually is given to that charity.
Here are some red flags that your donation may not be going to a legitimate charity:
- The organization refuses to provide you with written material or financial information (or says they need a good-faith contribution before sharing this information with you).
- The solicitor offers to send a courier to collect your contribution.
- You receive an invoice or bill for a pledge you never made.
- The organization’s name and logo closely resemble another charity with a similar purpose.

Mexican national released from custody now facing murder charges
NEWARK, NJ — A 23 year-old Mexican national who is illegally present in the United States is facing murder charges in Missouri. He was released from the custody of the Middlesex County Jail earlier this year after a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) detainer was declined.
Luis Rodrigo Perez was being held at Middlesex County Jail in December of last year on domestic violence charges. ICE issued a detainer and requested notification prior to his release, so that he may be taken into ICE custody and placed in removal proceedings. In accordance with their local policy, Middlesex County Jail did not honor the detainer, did not notify ICE upon completion of the criminal proceedings, and released Perez into the community.
“Yet again, an ICE detainer was ignored and a dangerous criminal alien was released to the streets and is now charged with killing three people,” said ICE Acting Executive Associate Director Corey Price. “Had ICE’s detainer request in December 2017 been honored by Middlesex County Jail, Luis Rodrigo Perez would have been placed in deportation proceedings and likely sent home to his country – and three innocent people might be alive today. It is past time that localities realize the perils of dangerous sanctuary policies and resume their primary goal of protecting their residents.”

Charlotte CBP Officers Intercept 6 Pounds of Cocaine
CHARLOTTE, NC — On separate occasions just two days apart, arriving international passengers at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport had more than clothes in their luggage when encountered by U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations.
On Sunday, CBP officers encountered a 26-year old Jamaican citizen who arrived on a flight from Montego Bay, Jamaica. During an inspection of his luggage, officers discovered a white powdery substance that field-tested positive for cocaine.
On Tuesday, CBP officers encountered a 37-year old Jamaican citizen arriving from Montego Bay, Jamaica. During an inspection of his luggage, officers discovered a white powdery substance that also field-tested positive for cocaine.
“Our CBP officers continue to demonstrate daily vigilance and excellence in detecting those who would try to smuggle illegal narcotics,” said Barry Chastain, CBP Acting Area Port Director Charlotte. “These arrests demonstrate CBP’s vigilance and dedication to securing the homeland and safeguarding our citizens.”

Two Members of Old York Money Gang Plead Guilty to Federal Racketeering Charges Related to Their Drug Trafficking and Violence, Including the Killing of Three-Year-Old Mckenzie Elliott
Terrell Plummer Admits Killing McKenzie Elliott and Tyrone Jamison Admits Supplying the Gun Used in the Murder
Baltimore, Maryland – Terrell Plummer, a/k/a Rell, age 29, and Tyrone Jamison, a/k/a Ty, age 25, both of Baltimore, pleaded guilty today to a federal racketeering conspiracy related to their membership in the Old York Money Gang (OYMG), a violent gang that sustained itself largely through the distribution and sale of controlled substances, including crack cocaine, as well as through murder and other violent crimes. The gang operated throughout the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore. On August 1, 2014, three-year-old McKenzie Elliott was shot to death as she stood on her front porch, when she was struck by an errant bullet during an OYMG dispute. Today, Plummer admitted that he killed McKenzie Elliott, and Jamison admitted that he supplied the gun used in the shooting.
The guilty pleas were announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Robert K. Hur; Special Agent in Charge Rob Cekada of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Baltimore Field Division; and Interim Commissioner Gary Tuggle of the Baltimore Police Department.
“Disputes between gang rivals lead to many shootings and murders in Baltimore City, including innocent bystanders who are caught in the crossfire—like little McKenzie Elliott,” said U.S. Attorney Robert K. Hur. “I am grateful for the tireless efforts of the investigators and prosecutors to bring McKenzie Elliott’s killer to justice. While this guilty plea will not bring a beautiful little girl back to those who loved her, I hope her community will take some comfort from the fact that we will hold accountable the criminals who turned their neighborhood into a war zone.”
“The pursuit of justice for McKenzie Elliott has taken time, but today the person responsible for taking her life admitted to his crime. We can only hope that this brings some peace and answers to the family and community who loved McKenzie so much,” said ATF Special Agent in Charge Rob Cekada. “Fear of being caught in the crossfire of a gang turf war is a terrible reality that affects too many in Baltimore. ATF is determined to identify, investigate, and incarcerate this city’s most vicious criminals so that neighborhoods can be free of violence and children can safely stand on the front porches of their homes.”

Safe At Last
I took down my Rebel flag (which you can't buy on EBAY any more) and peeled the NRA sticker off my front window.
I disconnected my home alarm system and quit the candy-ass Neighborhood Watch.
I bought two Syrian flags and put one at each corner of the front yard.
Then I purchased the black flag of ISIS (which you CAN Buy on EBAY) and ran it up the flag pole.
Now the local police, sheriff, FBI, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security, Secret Service and other agencies are all watching my house 24/7.
I've NEVER felt safer and I'm saving $69.95 a month that ADT used to charge me.
Plus, I bought burkas for me to wear when I shop or travel.
Everyone moves out of the way, and security can't pat me down.
If they say I'm a male wearing a burka, I just say I'm feeling like a woman today.
Hot Damn...Safe at last!!
