3. Resolution 136-2011-To authorize an appropriation of Thirty-Eight Thousand Dollars (38,000) from the Tourism Fund Balance to Tourism Capital for improvements to athletic fields
4. Resolution 137-2011-To authorize an appropriation of Eighty-Two Thousand, Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($82,670) from the fund balance to Salisbury-Ocean City: Wicomico Regional Airport for improvements to the Piedmont Hanger Complex
5. Resolution 138-2011-To make an appropriation of funds to various Sheriff Department accounts from unanticipated revenue in the amount of Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars ($33,000)
6. Resolution 140-2011-Approving and publishing the dates of the official holidays for County employees for the year 2012 6:30 p.m. Edgar A. Baker, Jr., County Attorney:
a. Public Hearing and Approval: Resolution 139-2011-To authorize the County Executive to execute on behalf of Wicomico County, a lease to S&H Farms, Inc.
b. Introduction: Legislative Bill 2011-12-An act to temporarily amend Chapter 200, titled “Subdivision of Land” to extend for a period of two years, the approvals and deadlines for certain permits issued by Wicomico County for development projects
