Houston Firefighter Puts Out Truck Blaze With Beer

A Houston firefighter spent his day off Monday fighting a fire with beer.

Capt. Craig Moreau was with his wife on a trip back from Austin on Texas 71 when the couple came across an 18-wheeler with smoke pouring from the brakes.

"The brakes had caught and the tire was burning," said Moreau, who initially fought the fire with a small extinguisher the driver had on board.

"I crawled underneath and thought we'd got it out but it flared back up," said Moreau, who was off duty at the time. "So I said to the driver, 'what have you got in here?'"

"It's beer! It's all beer," the driver said of his cargo of Coors Banquet beer.

Obamacare Subscribers Take Big Out-of-Pocket Hits

The Obamacare nightmare never ends as scores of frustrated patients are finding out while paying hundreds of dollars out of their own pockets for doctors visits, and drugs even though they have already paid for their insurance premiums.

People who have taken out policies from state and federal healthcare exchanges are now venting their anger at overwhelmed insurance companies while running into a whole new set of problems following the rocky rollout of HealthCare.gov, reports the Los Angeles Times.

The consumers are spending countless hours attempting to contact insurance company call centers — and often don't even get through.

And even if they succeed, they cannot get their coverage confirmed, they cannot get simple questions answered, and they cannot get the vital identification numbers to receive medical care or get their prescription drugs, says the report.

Guerrieri Family Foundation Announces $8 Million Gift For SU Academic Commons

SALISBURY, MD---One of the Eastern Shore’s leading philanthropies, the Guerrieri Family Foundation, has announced an $8 million gift for the construction of a new Academic Commons, including a state-of-the-art library, at Salisbury University. This is one of the largest private donations for a capital project in the campus’ history.

The gift is made in memory of Patricia R. Guerrieri, an SU alumna for whom the new complex will be named. “We are grateful for the opportunity to honor our mother at the very place where she first met our father, on this campus, in a way that expresses our love for her and shares with those who did not know her what a truly amazing and gracious person she was,” said Michael Guerrieri.

If Your Car Doesn't "Talk"

Sometime this year, unelected bureaucrats in the bowels of National Highway Traffic Safety Administration – the federal regulatory apparat that issues “rules” (that is, arbitrary orders we’re all forced to obey) governing how new cars are to be made - may issue a rule fundamentally different from all the rules that have gone before. Because this one has the potential to affect not-new cars, too.

But it’s much more – and potentially much worse – than just that.

It’s called “Vehicle to Vehicle” communications – V2V for short. It uses GPS (which almost all new cars already have) to enable Car A to communicate its location (as well as speed and direction) to Car B, so that (as an example) Car B would “know” that Car A is not stopping for that red light and thus Car B’s computer-controlled drivetrain would automatically slow/brake the vehicle to avoid a collision. (Many new/late-model cars come equipped with some form of “active” collision avoidance; that is, using radar or laser proximity sensors to detect objects in the vehicle’s path; using automated braking/steering, the vehicle acts to prevent an accident in the event the driver fails to act.)

Some Tips For Consumers Worried About The Target Breach

Here are some tips you need to know if you think you’re a potential victim of Target’s security breach.

Q: How did this happen?

A: Target has said that the breach was caused by malware that affected its U.S. stores.

Ken Stasiak, founder and CEO of SecureState, a Cleveland-based information security firm that investigates data breaches like this one, says it’s likely that the perpetrators infiltrated Target’s main information hub with malware and from there were able to access the store point-of-sale systems. Once the malware was in the POS systems, it could collect credit and debit card numbers as the cards were swiped.

PRUDEN: Hillary's Skeleton Stampede

Every night’s going to be Halloween night for Hillary. The skeletons in her closet are signing up now for the conga line. They’re impatient to put on their dancing shoes for the 2016 presidential campaign. Like it or not, it’s just around the corner.

Even when her friends try to raise their voices in Hillary’s defense, what comes out is mostly static. The attempted whitewash by The New York Times of the hash she made of Benghazi only reminds everyone that she was asleep when the telephone rang at 3 o’clock in the morning.

Robert M. Gates, the former defense secretary, tried to be nice in his bombshell book, “Duty,” but his assertion that she tried to meddle in Iraq war strategy for image-making purposes only confirms the widespread public view that Bonnie and Clod are always looking out only for themselves.

SAUDI TERROR TO THREATEN OLYMPICS?

According to a report leaked through Russian and Lebanese sources and reported by the London Telegraph, Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan told Russian President Vladimir Putin the Arab kingdom has control over the Chechen jihadists, who have been unleashing terrorist bombings in Russia and have been threatening the Olympics scheduled to begin in Sochi, Russia, on Feb. 6.

The leaked reports detail a “stormy” meeting this summer between Bandar and Putin, in which the Saudis were offering an oil deal in return for favors in Syrian relations.

Part of Bandar’s “carrot-and-stick” negotiations, however, reportedly included the statement, “I can give you a guarantee to protect the Winter Olympics in the city of Sochi on the Black Sea next year. The Chechen groups that threaten the security of the games are controlled by us.”

5 Foods With Risky Levels Of Trans Fats Alert

The Food and Drug Administration's recent ruling that trans fats are unsafe in food — paving the way for a ban — was hailed by nutritionists and health-food advocates nationwide. But what was lost amid all the hype and hoopla over the FDA move was the fact that many foods still contain dangerous levels of the fake fats.

In fact, partially hydrogenated oils are likely to remain in many processed, fried, and fast foods for years to come, as the FDA moves toward banning trans fats — an action the agency said would prevent more than 20,000 heart attacks and 7,000 new cases of coronary heart disease each year.

Either way, this is history in making. The Millionaires Club on Capitol Hill has never included more than 50 percent of congressional members,CRP said, in a written statement.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS LEAD TO RECOVERY OF THREE GUNS ON I-81

(HAGERSTOWN, MD) – A Pennsylvania man was arrested and three guns were recovered from his car after a Maryland state trooper observed him talking on a hand-held phone with no hands on the steering wheel, as he drove on I-81 in Washington County yesterday.

The accused is identified as Scott C. Smartt, 51, of Needmore, PA. He is charged with illegally transporting a handgun in a vehicle and possession of an assault weapon. He was also charged on traffic citations with not wearing a seat belt and using a hand-held phone. He was taken to the Washington County central booking facility for processing and his initial appearance before a court commissioner.

Shortly after 2:00 p.m. yesterday, a trooper and his cadet who are assigned to the Maryland State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division were patrolling on I-81 near Halfway Blvd. The trooper saw a driver and only occupant, later identified as Smartt, driving a Lincoln while using a hand-held cell phone. Smartt was not wearing a seat belt and he had no hands on the steering wheel.

After stopping the car, the trooper saw a handgun in the glove box of the vehicle when Smartt was searching for the registration. Smartt was ordered out of the car and arrested without incident. During a subsequent search of the car, troopers found a second handgun in the driver’s side door, along with a chemical spray and a set of brass knuckles. In the trunk of the car, troopers found an AK-47-style rifle, with a 30-round magazine. The rifle was unloaded, but ammunition for it was also found in the trunk. The gun found in the glove box was loaded. The gun in the driver’s door was not loaded.

None of the firearms were reported stolen. State Police firearms investigators will be conducting a follow up investigation.

MICHAEL SAVAGE: 'IT'S CALLED TREASON'

Dr. Savage was outraged by reports that “Obama and the contractors went around the law” and permitted the Air Force to install cheap Chinese parts into F-35 aircraft – parts that might be encrypted with chips for the purpose of espionage.

“How could people not be in prison or in front of a firing squad for this?” Savage wondered. “In my time, if a contractor did that and they found out who did it, they’d try him, convict him and execute him. It’s called treason,”

Savage continued to press the case against granting amnesty to illegal immigrants. Along with concerns about the importation of communicable diseases from Third World countries, Savage explained that the massive influx of cheap labor is contributing to unemployment among American citizens and the “Balkanization” of the country

Power Outage Updates

Slowly but surely power is being restored to the area. Route 113 at the intersection with Old Ocean City Blvd. (Route 346) is currently closed so crews can address utility poles that reportedly fell on the road. Part of Berlin remains without power at this time.
Power companies are working to restore power in areas on the North End of the county. South End roadways still have small limbs and debris in areas with trees near roadways. County Roads are out working to clear up large limbs and trees. At this time, we have no reports of roads closed. The traffic signals are starting to come back online and we should be back to normal in a few hours. If you are out and traveling, please use caution on the roadways. If you encounter a tree across the roadway, please contact your local police department or 911.

Update: Roughly 20,000 customers were affected by the recent outage, although DP&L reported around 6:45 that at least three-quarters of those had been restored. Power should be back on in all areas by 8:00.

The downed transmission line caused a lock-out of four power substations, according to DP&L. Route 113 is currently closed to traffic in front of AGH while crews fix the downed line.

It is unclear if there was an auto accident involved, or if the weather was solely to blame. The area apparently experienced a major wind shear, with some of AGH's signage along Rt. 346 being visibly damaged.

Choptank Electric Cooperative
Here’s the latest update of the scope of our outages at this time due to Delmarva Power’s transmission lines being down:

A total of 2,182 members are without power at this time. We are still waiting on DPL to give us the ok to start back feeding some of our members and restoring power to them.

Choptank Electric Ironshire and Sinepuxent substations are offline at the moment. Other issues include tree limbs down and downed wires. Crews from both utilities are en route to their respective equipment and are working to restore power.Be safe out there guys!

Thank you members for your patience & understanding.

Ocean City Today Newspaper
Delmarva Power and Light is reporting that a transmission line in the vicinity of Atlantic General Hospital has been disabled, causing the widespread outages.

According to DP&L's central office, power to southern Ocean City should be restored within an hour, although West Ocean City and surrounding areas may be out for longer.

DP&L cited high winds as the culprit for the line going down, but several readers report that an auto accident near AGH took out utility poles there.
Berlin resident Jack Gillespie's backyard weather station recorded a gust of 86 mph from that passing storm. There are confirmed reports of portions of Route 113 being closed due to downed trees from the storm.

We have been informed by Delmarva Power that the transmission line feeding Sinepuxent sub is having issues. This has rendered New Hope, Sinepuxent, and Ironshire subs offline at this time. We are expecting there to be about 3200 people without power at this time. We will keep you posted on changes.
A major weather event just swept through the Berlin-Ocean Pines-West Ocean City-Ocean City area, leaving thousands without power. Police in Berlin report outage is due to downed utility poles in West Ocean City and no restoration timeline is available. Who is out locally and who has power? Please state locale...

The main line of the thunderstorms is now past our area. However, there area numerous areas in the northern part of the county without power. Most of the traffic lights from Berlin to Ocean City are out. Please use caution. We are also taking numerous reports for trees down across lines and roadways. Currently Route 12 and Governor Smith Lane is down to one lane due to trees down. If you do not need to go out, please remain indoors. The immediate area around AGH was also damaged with poles down. We have no ETA when power will be restore. Please drive safely if you must go out.

Gay People Against Redefining Marriage: They Exist

Recently, we received a question that highlights a great reality that Dan Savage and Andrew Sullivan fail to acknowledge: there are gay people who are against the government redefining marriage. The “marriage equality” movement assumes that its targeted audience is all on board with its goals. However, there are gay people who wish to not identify with this movement’s merciless tactics, which include using the government to silence dissenters with religious freedom assaults and threatening small businesses that uphold marriage between a man and a woman.

These people also don’t agree with the movement’s ultimate goals: undermining the natural family unit through more government encroachment into the marriage business. They see how this movement is creating a new definition of marriage that undermines the importance of sexual complementarity in marriage by making mothers and fathers optional for children by law. They also see how this movement is promoting a social reconstruction of our society that denies natural gender differences between men and women. This point was especially emphasized in the question we received. Overall, these people think this movement goes too far.

Democrats' 'Answer To Everything' Is Send A Check

The Democrats' response to nearly all major problems, including poverty and long-term unemployment, is to just send a check, Sen. Marco Rubio said Thursday.

"[Writing a check] is the Democrats' answer to everything. And it shows you why, after 50 years, we still have 49 million people living in poverty," the Florida Republican told CNN's "New Day."

Rubio proposed a series of changes to transfer oversight of the welfare system from the federal government to the state level. He indicated there are states already that have initiated innovative programs for helping people out of poverty.

For all the women with children, especially who are the primary breadwinners and MUST continue to work for health benefits, it is truly a sad situation. I am in this boat.....I don't have the option to stay home full time and raise and home-school my kids.

Now Obamacare and its penalties are the final nail in this coffin.

The alternative is that I go on welfare to live like I'd please at the cost of other taxpayers. I won't be a slug, so this is not an option....

The White Ghetto

In Appalachia the country is beautiful and the society is broken.

Owsley County, Ky. – There are lots of diversions in the Big White Ghetto, the vast moribund matrix of Wonder Bread–hued Appalachian towns and villages stretching from northern Mississippi to southern New York, a slowly dissipating nebula of poverty and misery with its heart in eastern Kentucky, the last redoubt of the Scots-Irish working class that picked up where African slave labor left off, mining and cropping and sawing the raw materials for a modern American economy that would soon run out of profitable uses for the class of people who 500 years ago would have been known, without any derogation, as peasants. Thinking about the future here and its bleak prospects is not much fun at all, so instead of too much black-minded introspection you have the pills and the dope, the morning beers, the endless scratch-off lotto cards, healing meetings up on the hill, the federally funded ritual of trading cases of food-stamp Pepsi for packs of Kentucky’s Best cigarettes and good old hard currency, tall piles of gas-station nachos, the occasional blast of meth, Narcotics Anonymous meetings, petty crime, the draw, the recreational making and surgical unmaking of teenaged mothers, and death: Life expectancies are short — the typical man here dies well over a decade earlier than does a man in Fairfax County, Va. — and they are getting shorter, women’s life expectancy having declined by nearly 1.1 percent from 1987 to 2007.

If the people here weren’t 98.5 percent white, we’d call it a reservation.

DNREC Order Authorizes Use Of Lethal Action On Coyotes Posing Threat To Humans, Livestock, Pets

Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control Secretary Collin O’Mara has issued a Secretary’s Order effective Jan. 11, authorizing landowners to use certain firearms all year on coyotes conditionally for human safety and the protection of livestock or domestic animals. The issuance of the order coincides with the effective date of new wildlife regulations that include the establishment of coyote hunting and trapping seasons in Delaware.

“These new wildlife regulations are based on modern wildlife management science, with the coyote hunting and trapping seasons designed to manage the coyote population at biologically and socially acceptable levels,” said David Saveikis, director of the Division of Fish and Wildlife. “The combination of coyote hunting and trapping seasons to manage the coyote population and the Secretary’s Order authorizing landowners to protect themselves and their property from coyotes provides the tools needed to address Delaware’s relatively small coyote population.”

The Secretary’s Order pre-authorizes Delaware landowners or their agents to take coyotes, with no individual permit needed, on the landowner’s property under circumstances where coyotes present an imminent threat of injury to, or are in the act of injuring humans, livestock or domestic animals, subject to the following conditions:

I chose tier 2 "Silver Plan" and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I "opt-out" and chose to continue along with no insurance.

I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return.

Then you make it to the "REPERCUSSIONS PORTION" for "non-payment" of yearly fine.

First, your driver's license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with "Non-Payment" and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home.

You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy
"Automatically withdraw" your "penalties" weekly, bi-weekly or monthly!

This by no means is "Free" or even "Affordable."

Kinda sheds a lot of light on all of the arming and beefing up of arms for all of the domestic departments INCLUDING the IRS now doesn't it?

There's a war coming folks, COUNT ME IN!

Shame On You, Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey, a prominent billionaire member of America’s racial grievance industry, is claiming once again that the society that idolizes her is racist to the core.

In a recent interview with the BBC to promote the European release of “Lee Daniel’s The Butler,” a movie in which she stars and is considered an Oscar contender, Winfrey said about her friend, President Barack Obama:

There’s a level of disrespect for the office that occurs in some cases, and maybe even many cases, because he’s African-American. There’s no question about that. And it’s the kind of thing no one ever says, but everybody’s thinking.

What disrespect, exactly? Despite “some cases” and “even many cases,” what examples prove Winfrey’s flimsy accusation?

Winfrey gives but one example — when Representative Joe Wilson (R-SC) rudely yelled out “You lie!” during Obama’s address to Congress about ObamaCare in 2009. It was rude for Wilson to do it, as he later apologized for it. But that’s it?

Morality Versus The National Security State

One of the horrible consequences of the national-security state apparatus that was grafted onto America’s governmental system is how it has oftentimes placed Americans in the position of choosing between morality and obedience to the law.

Just this week, we have been reminded of the conflict between morality and law back in 1971, during the height of the Cold War, the “war” that was used to justify the existence of the national-security state apparatus in the first place.

The federal government was illegally targeting American citizens who were protesting and demonstrating against the national-security state’s war in Vietnam. In a free society, people are free to protest and demonstrate against anything they want. Freedom entails letting the government know that one is opposed to what it is doing. Freedom entails having the right to persuade government that it is doing wrong and to change direction. Freedom entails persuading other people to take a stand against government wrongdoing.

‘Main Street’ GOP Groups And Their Leftist Funders

Unions are funding Republican groups to help push through amnesty for illegal immigrants.

What do George Soros, labor unions, and money-grubbing former GOP representative StevenLaTourette all have in common? They’re control freaks. They’re power hounds. They’re united against tea-party conservatives. And they have all operated under the umbrella of D.C. groups masquerading as “Main Street” Republicans.

LaTourette heads up the so-called Main Street Partnership, which claims to represent “thoughtful,” “pragmatic,” “commonsense,” and “centrist” Republican leadership. Reality check: The pro-bailout, pro-debt, pro-amnesty, anti-drilling group founded by former liberal GOP representative Amory Houghton of New York includes three liberal Senate Republicans (John McCain, Mark Kirk, and Susan Collins) and 52 center-left House Republicans. LaTourette himself is a self-serving Beltway barnacle who held office for nearly two decades. Now he’s using his new tea-party-bashing platform to benefit a family-operated lobbying business.

OCEAN CITY- A rare blue lobster hauled in off the coast of Ocean City by a commercial fishing vessel in June 2012 found a permanent home at the National Aquarium on Baltimore this week.

In June 2012, Captain John Gourley and mate Tim Aulinskis aboard the “Pot Luck” out of the commercial harbor in West Ocean City discovered a rare blue lobster in their harvest and donated the specimen later named “Toby” to the National Aquarium. For the roughly year and a half since, Toby was housed at the now-defunct National Aquarium in Washington, D.C.

This week, however, the very special lobster joined the ranks of the 17,000-plus animals at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. On Tuesday, Toby became the newest resident in the Atlantic Shelf gallery in the larger Maryland: Mountains to the Sea exhibit. The exhibit depicts the continental shelf habitat off Maryland’s Atlantic coast and has plenty of cave-like structures perfect for lobsters.

“A Pathway To Prosperity In 2014”

The Right Answer for Maryland

“A Pathway to Prosperity in 2014”

By Delegate Mike McDermott

For years, Maryland has been losing ground on attracting and holding businesses and corporate expansion opportunities. The results can be seen in lost revenues and a state that struggles to keep up with their budget projections (currently we are over one half billion in the hole). The Brown-Obamacare roll out by the Maryland Senate has crippled future planning and expansion and left many without jobs, healthcare, or a future they can rely upon.

General Assembly Republicans see a Maryland full of promise hidden behind the fog of failed policies and progressive-liberal misadventures. All of which have served to limit personal and corporate liberty.

A bold agenda is called for, and Republicans will be offering solutions on all fronts. For starters, I am joining many of my colleagues in sponsoring a repeal of Obamacare to free Marylanders from this onerous law. Helping our fellow citizens address their health insurance needs can be accomplished without destroying our entire system.

Maryland maintains the highest Corporate Tax rates (8.25%) in the region and some of the worst in the country. I am sponsoring a bill which will reduce our corporate rates to 6% by 2017. This act would stimulate our economy and make us a more inviting state in which to do business. Diminished revenue from lowered rates would be replaced by expanding revenue from new business and those choosing to remain and grow in Maryland.

Our state is one of the worst when it comes to inheritance taxes. While most states have eliminated this final shakedown of the taxpayer, Maryland maintains rates that cause many of our citizens to flee to other states in their later years. To protect their families from this draconian tax, I have sponsored a bill with other delegates to repeal the inheritance tax.

When it comes to tax reform, there are many targets in Maryland. One area that I am focusing on with my colleagues is income tax rates. Our families deserve relief, not additional taxes. I’m joining my fellow Republicans in sponsoring a bill which would reduce income tax across the board by 10% for all Marylanders.

We continue to be a grossly over-regulating state, and I am sponsoring several bills to curtail the effects of big government on businesses and people. I want to require the state to provide a detailed fiscal impact statement on the rules they move to adopt when we are not in session. This was on full display with the recent Phosphorus Management Tool being pushed by the Department of Agriculture. This is a far reaching problem.

I have filed bills to address “no reason” permit denials by government as well as a penalty forgiveness bill for minor first offenses discovered during state inspections. Restoring the business community’s faith and confidence in government will encourage expansion and entrepreneurship in Maryland.

Lip service will not grow our economy. We must be bold, and change the way we think.

Alcohol Abuse?

Captain Craig Moreau was driving back home from Austin with his wife when he noticed smoke pouring out of an 18-wheeler on the side of the road. Without a second thought, the Houston firefighter stopped to help. Obviously, Captain Moreau didn't have a fire hose handy to put out the brake fire, so he got creative, and used the truck's contents to fight the flames. He asked the driver, "what have you got in here?" and the driver said, "It's beer! It's all beer." So, the driver, the Captain, and his wife all started shaking cans and spraying them on the flames until the fire went out. Captain Moreau said, "It's in [my] nature to help folks, but this is the first time that I've done it with beer." Most people hate to see a good beer go to waste, but even the Fire Chief was impressed with Captain Moreau's quick thinking. He said, "I support the extinguishment of the fire, no matter what the cost."

Say It Isn’t So: Nine Dealerships Cop To Deceptive Advertising

You can’t always believe what you see. Especially when it comes to car advertisements. Those ads promising low financing and easy monthly payments are probably too good to be true.

Nine auto dealers agreed to settle charges of alleged deceptive advertising, the Federal Trade Commission announced in a conference call and press release Thursday. Action is currently being taken with a tenth dealership.

The nationwide sweep, Operation Steer Clear, found dealers made a variety of misrepresentations in advertisements, violating the FTC Act by falsely leading consumers to believe they could purchase or lease vehicles for much lower prices.

Craig, Haddaway Blast Emergency Obamacare Legislation

Maryland Lt. Governor candidate and state delegate Jeannie Haddaway pointed out fundamental flaws of the O'Malley-Brown Administration's emergency health care legislation which is intended to be a stop-gap measure for consumers experiencing enrollment difficulties on the state-run exchange.   The bill, SB 134, introduced today in the Maryland General Assembly, is the Administration's latest response to numerous technical challenges plaguing Maryland Health Connection.

“The O'Malley-Brown Administration's ill-conceived emergency legislation merely shuffles people from the failing state-run Obamacare exchange into another state-run insurance program for a limited amount of time,” said Haddaway. “Trying to fix bureaucratic problems with more bureaucracy just creates more confusion and makes it more difficult for consumers.”

The bill shuffles people from Maryland Health Connection to another state-run program, the Maryland Health Insurance Plan, a high-risk insurance pool the state created in 2002.  The legislation requires that people must provide evidence that they could not sign up for coverage.  It is unclear how government officials plan to deal with those who may not have such evidence or simply gave up due to computer screen freezes and crashes.

This transfer plan would only be in effect until March 31. That means consumers would have to apply for the Maryland Health Insurance Plan and then go back and re-apply to Maryland Health Connection.  The Administration is assuming that Maryland Health Connection would then by working properly.

"I am very concerned that people will fall through the cracks and wind up without access to healthcare," said Haddaway. "The Administration does not know how many people are affected, nor what the cost to the taxpayer will be.  Moreover, if Governor O'Malley's health care point man and Lt. Governor Anthony Brown had been on top of this, there would not be a need for so-called 'emergency legislation."

Harford County Executive and Maryland Governor candidate David Craig, along with Haddaway, have previously called on the Administration to drop the emphasis on Maryland Health Connection and instead inform consumers of their rights to sign up for coverage directly through carriers or utilize the assistance of insurance brokers.

"It is time to call on people who know what they're doing," said Craig.

The Administration has previously estimated the measure will cost up to $10 million affecting anywhere from hundreds to thousands of consumers.
