There’s An Alt-Left, And It’s Trying To Make America Ungovernable [VIDEO]
President Donald Trump’s White House staff may be longing for the random acts of vandalism committed against the early George W. Bush team by the Clinton White House staff in 2001, including taking the Ws off many White House computer keyboards.
Instead, today, a subversive alt-government is emerging, in line with the alt-left’s growing resistance to use any means necessary to slow, stop and obstruct Trump’s agenda, from inside the government, to make America ungovernable.
Christian Adams, a lawyer and the author of “Injustice,” has witnessed ideological battles inside the Department of Justice. In this exclusive video interview, he condemns the intolerant left wing, with its violence, fire, riots and “totalitarian tendencies,” daring to label others as fascists or nazis.
He says it’s a tactic used to scare and conjure up horrors against their enemies. Adams says that use of such labels, is an Orwellian corruption of the language, showing how far the left has sunk in its hatred of America.

EXCLUSIVE BREAKING NEWS: UPDATE: Delmar Fire Engine 2 Just Damaged A Good 20 Cars
Engine 2 was racing east on Dagsboro Road with the fire hose trailing off the back of the truck, whipping back and forth across the road damaging every single car it passed. The hose finally snapped off the back of the truck but the damage lined up cars all along Dagsboro Road.

UPDATE: Jimmie Gladwell
As a point of fact, and nothing more...No SFD unit lost any hose or caused any damage while responding to assist Sta 74 with their request for assistance at a reported structure fire, today. The SFD is happy to assist our Brothers and Sisters to the north at any time. However, the unit that lost the hose that caused the damage in question was not from the SFD.

Father Chris LaBarge of Saint Francis de Sales Responds To Alleged Sponsorship
I asked: Recently we were informed that your Church will be participating in this march Feb. 18th and I'd like to confirm this to be true?
Dear Joe,
On our Parish Facebook page there is a post the clearly states “For those who are interested.” I do not see this as sponsorship. We are a congregation of 7000 members which includes many Hispanics who are profoundly affected by some of the concerns of the protest.

Salisbury University: Propaganda Indoctrination or Higher Education?
"Topics include media’s influence on politics, politics’ influence on media, fair and balanced reporting, “fake news,” freedom of the press and the increasing role of social media."
Scheduled panelists are Dr. Jennifer Cox of SU’s Communication Arts Department; Susan Parker; The Daily Times community editor; Ron Krisulevicz, WBOC-TV news director; and Lenita Wesson, WMDT-TV news anchor.
Who determined this panel as the only Media in the area and how did they come to this determination?
Let's look back for just a moment and we'll see there's a pattern. Did we see the then candidate for Governor Larry Hogan speak at SU? No. Did they see Anthony Brown speak at SU? Yes.
How is SU providing a well-rounded education when they don't show a well-rounded worldview?
I feel Salisbury University is actually cheating our future generations by only allowing one side, the liberal agenda.

The Judge firmly disagreed, stating, "Considering Mr. Albero disseminates information on a full time basis, he is Mainstream Media. However, because Mr. Albero does not take an income from Salisbury News he is not protected by the Shield Law."
Mind you, in the end, the Judge did rule I didn't have to turn over my sources and protected me anyway.
By looking at the actual announcement from SU, aren't they in fact spreading and supporting FAKE NEWS? Is this a truly FAIR AND BALANCED forum? Is this actually FREEDOM OF THE PRESS? Or is SU an INFLUENCER OF MEDIA?

HB-1106: Huge Money Pit Politics!
By Thornton Crowe
We all remember the hilarious Tom Hank's spoof, The Money Pit, but thanks to Jim Mathias and Sharee Sample Hughes, that comedy just became every Marylanders' horrific nightmare...
As you all know from my Friday article, the House and Senate voted to override Governor Hogan's veto of this money pit bill, which will cost all Marylanders big bank under the guise of clean energy. This is a continuation to demonstrate the addition drawbacks of this government-enforced strategy to break their constituents.
First, should you decided to get solar panels there's a few things you should know about how it can affect your bottom line should you decide to sell your home in the future. While Fannie Mae claims it could increase the sale value, many dispute this, saying your home will be more difficult to sell. If you have twenty year old solar panels, the buyer will have to agree to all the contracts associated with that solar panel system. This can cause many perspective buyers to shy away from purchasing your home or better yet, look for rebates which will drive the price down. If you're in a hurry to sell a home, this can throw muck in the wheel.
Furthermore, should you live in a community where a Home Owners Association exists, your neighbors knowing they're essentially paying for your solar system, can also make you susceptible to unyielding rules. One source relayed while mature trees would have to be removed to make room for the panels, mature trees would have to be replanted to mask these unsightly panels. If you've checked into having mature trees planted, its a lot more expensive than simply going to Lowes and buying trees.
In the Daily Caller, from May 2016, many firefighters state solar panels make their job "harder and more dangerous." In such a catastrophe, the fire department has to cut into a roof during a fire for ventilation purposes. With solar panels you can't just cut through them or chop them off a structure. Common sense would dictate this presents the difference between a sectional fire and total destruction of your home (or business) should the firefighters not be able to prevent the destruction to spread throughout the whole structure.
Lastly, does solar energy really save you money in the long run? "Solar Panels are mounted to your roof, and there's a chance they will damage it."
Like with any alternative energy, they have the potential to be far from being financially prudent. An example was given if you have to replace your shingle roof, you would need to have a solar contractor remove then reinstall the panels after the new roof is installed. This can be very costly because proprietary in nature this meaning only specific companies are trained to do this job. Hence, it's subject to any cost they choose to charge as its an unregulated industry. If you have one solar company in your area, there's not competition to keep pricing down for this type of installation. Once installed, you are 'locked in' and could look at rates escalating at a disproportionate rate; meaning, you could see pricing go up dramatically.
Additionally, solar costs actually escalate your utility bill, not reduce them. In addition to the costly installation and panels, additional hidden costs lurk within. As demonstrated by a commenter from the original article, it doesn't look very cost effective by any stretch. It would seem this only escalates your energy bill, not decrease it! So what's the point?
As you can clearly see, this Green Bill only creates more cost for Marylanders even if they do partake in this solar craze. Did legislators really research this before they overrode the veto? From my research, probably not at all.
Like many outrageous fads throughout prior years, it is a very costly experiment where everyone pays big money for, whether or not they chose to participate. With an economy in such dire straits, can anyone really afford this feel-good, warm fuzzy piffle?
Once again, how say you?

Resist the Resistance Salisbury
If you support President Trump and his efforts to Make America Safe Again, we need your participation. The anti-Trump movement intends to rear its ugly head in the heart of our conservative community. An anti-Trump rally is scheduled and we intend to meet it head on. They claim it to be a peaceful rally intending to protest the travel ban and President Trump's plan to build a wall to secure our nation. If you SUPPORT the travel ban and the WALL please consider joining our PEACEFUL response to their rally.
Conservatives need to stand up for their beliefs. Don’t be complacent and simply expect these dissenters to simply go away. They need to see our presence and hear our voice. We won on November 8th and apparently we must continue the battle. Let's show our unwavering support for President Trump and our commitment to Making America Great Again!

Editors Notes: I am all about supporting a Pro Trump Rally, this is NOT the time or place to show our support. Come on people, you know damn well this will not turn out good. These left wing nut jobs will verbally run off with the mouth until someone won't take it any more and these snowflakes will act like they did nothing wrong.
I have had another very large group come to me and ask if we would promote a similar event on the same date and location and I discouraged them from doing so, they agreed.
Do we as conservatives want to be labeled as VIOLENT? Just let these people blow off steam and hold your own event some other time. STOP falling for their bait, Idiots. This is exactly what they want. Unfortunately too many of you will be stupid enough to join this group and do something stupid. Thanks for screwing the REPUBLICAN PARTY.

Salisbury Mayor Jake Day Announces 500 New Apartments Downtown
Oh, but there's so much more for citizens/taxpayers to know. Let's start with the truth, AFFORDABLE HOUSING. Isn't that just great, more waterfront housing for the poor directly on the water at taxpayer expense.
Mayor Jake Day recently announced that the City has been approved for ONE HALF a parking space per residence Downtown. ONE HALF! He explained how they expect most people to ride their bikes to work and use public transportation instead. Now if it were ME and I wanted to get away with parking for my apartments, do you believe I'd get away with 1/2 a parking spot per unit? Now add FIVE HUNDRED more units!
Take away ALL of the major parking lots downtown, (which the Mayor sold) where is everyone going to park anyway? Especially when you develop and design the downtown area with 1/2 a parking space per whatever.
Know this Folks. Jake Day will come back and say it will not be affordable housing. I've experienced this many times in the past, just like Rivers Edge. They said it was for Artists and when I challenged them, (I called it Section 8 back then) they said I was wrong. I was wrong, because the new snowflake term had become "Affordable Housing", not section 8. SAME DAMN THING. Anyhow, Rivers Edge is loaded with POOR PEOPLE, (90%) who get a handout from us taxpayers and live ON THE WATER for about $300.00 a month for a 2 bedroom condo.
The City isn't paying their bills to the County for the GOB. They are purposely trying to get evicted so they can come back to the taxpayers and say they need to relocate to either their own facility or as I have stated in the past, they're going to buddy up with one of these parking lot projects and lease the first floor for their GOB space. You're being played Folks!
Remember Folks, they called me a LIAR when they were planning Rivers Edge, THEY LIED. Liberals are nothing but professional liars. They will defend their lies to their grave while certain press cover whatever these liars feed them.
Just remember one thing. You are being scammed and let me explain to you how they are doing it.
Remember the North Prong and how the City did everything in their powers to get businesses kicked out of there? Did you ever wonder WHY the new Station 16 was built on the other side of the draw bridge? Did you happen to notice the Police Department is on the West side as well? Oh, let's not forget the illegal pipe-stem annexation for water and sewer that now runs all the way up business Rt. 50 all the way to the Bypass? What's the CHEAPEST land in all of Salisbury? That's right, the West Side.
The next major project you will see is the City building their very own GOB on the River on the North Prong at the very end of the Wicomico River. They'll temporarily lease space in one of the recently sold parking lot projects while they build their new facility on the West Side. The current Downtown will become the next Detroit of the Eastern Shore, you mark my words.

Brainwave Computers Calls It Quits After 22 Years
Joe:
I just wanted to write you and thank you for our conversation last week. We talked about the deadlines my company Brainwave Computer Services was facing, and the possibility we may have to close on Monday. You were very concerned first and foremost about me, and how I was coping, and that meant a lot to me. Without hesitation, you wanted to help and offered great advice. You volunteered to seek the help of your business associates and to contact elected officials to see what could be done.
I explained at that time, that with the number of factors facing me, that I felt it was too late to try to stave off the inevitable. But, first and foremost I needed privacy and the time to think about my future. You agreed, and promised to allow me to break the news to the public first in my own words. I thank you for that.
Over the weekend, after much soul searching, I decided after 22 years, it was just time. I'm tired and worn out, so many 80++ work weeks, so much stress with so many people depending on me (and 1 or 2 employees), and the financial burdens of trying to run a business in today's economy. It breaks my heart to not be there for the public. There are not many options in the area for quality computer repair. You have the couple of big box stores that offer "pc tuneup", generally by relatively inexperienced techs. Most of the other computer service companies cater to large businesses. We never found ourselves without plenty of work to be done.
So, people want to know: WHAT HAPPEND? Well, the problems we ran into are these:
1) Rent is so very high in Salisbury. Anywhere along 13 in Salisbury is generally in excess of $3,000 a month. Bundle that with electric, telephone, high-speed internet, alarm service, trash removal, etc. and your initial overhead is just too high for nearly anyone to survive.

Daylight Theft of Expensive Bird Cage in Delmar: Can You ID This Thief?
Hello, Mr. Albero. I hope you can assist in finding whoever stole my neighbor's expensive bird cage that was stolen from his yard yesterday before 11 AM. It was outside for cleaning. The Delaware State Police have an active investigation by TFC VALERIO who asks that any information is called into Troop 5 @ 302-337-1090. The case # is 05-17-007524.
The cage was stolen from the yard of Howard & Susan Hunt on the corner of Old Stage Rd & Cardinal Rd. I live right next to them, and my home camera system was able to record the person and vehicle that stole it. The police have these videos and have said that we can use any means to identify the person and the truck that was used in this crime
The white truck pull into the yard, knock two separate times, and then make repeated trips into his truck. He then leaves and comes back in just over 2 minutes time which tells us that he didn't go far away to get the tools he needed to take the cage apart. Since there were other smaller pieces of metal around there (2 window a/c units), the police don't think it was taken for scrap metal. Any help you can provide will be great. Thanks.

Letter to the Editor:
Joe I am a Catholic and I love my Faith and my church St. Francis de Sales. I don't know if it happened during all the Masses, but this past Sunday during the during the 12 PM Mass something struck a nerve. Struck a nerve that it almost made me get up and walk out never to return. During the "Special Prayer Intentions" they said like they pray that the elected officials make government policy to protect everyone 'especially' Christians and Muslims. Then we follow with "Lord, hear our prayer." I almost threw up my breakfast. I think some of that might be coming from Pope Francis, but Liberal Susan Hargreaves Parker is part of the Parish Council and I wouldn't be a bit surprised if she is pushing that crap on us.
As you may know Susan Parker is with the Daily Rag and all she does is post liberal, anti-Trump articles in that rag.
WTH does the Catholics have to do with the Muslims? Why should we pray to protect them when they are cutting off the heads of Catholic Priests! How soon our liberal folks forget that. I as a Catholic detest anyone from the church telling me that I have to pray for those rapists and murderers. What about the homeless in our country. What about the cops being slaughtered. What about black on white crime. Muslims? HELL NO!
Feel free to post this about St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church!! I would love to know how other Catholics feel.

Counties Asked To Help Wor-Wic With $600K Shortage Due To Enrollment Dip, Rising Health Care
SNOW HILL – A decline in enrollment and the rising cost of medical benefits forced Wor-Wic Community College to seek financial help from Worcester and Wicomico counties this week.
On Tuesday Murray Hoy, president of Wor-Wic, approached both the Worcester County Commissioners and the Wicomico County Council to ask for funding to help cover a budgetary shortfall. Worcester County agreed to contribute $175,200 while Wicomico County agreed to fund $212,400. Hoy is expected to return to Wicomico County in May to seek an additional transfer.
“I’m coming to you with hat in hand asking you to help offset a $600,000 shortfall,” Hoy said.
In a presentation Tuesday morning, Hoy told Worcester County officials the community college was close to $1.3 million in the hole this year. He said the shortfall was attributable to two things — a decline in enrollment and higher than expected medical benefits costs. Hoy said the decline in enrollment was a trend community colleges nationwide were experiencing. While last year half of Maryland community colleges saw declines, this year they’ve all seen declines, Hoy said. He said nationally, there was a 9 percent reduction in community college enrollment since the end of the country’s recession.

LET ME MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR TO ALL OF YOU
My questions are in black and the County's responses are in red. There is one typo in my question referencing did the City pay the $1.00, (not $100.00). The County however did understand it was supposed to say one dollar.
Shooting In Salisbury Last Night, But How Would Anyone Know?
A person was shot last night but your Police Chief and Mayor continue to recreate crime in their own words, far from reality. You Idiots keep voting for these people and no one is man enough to step up to the plate like Donald Trump, willing to do what it takes to get rid of these rainbow flag, feminine flip flop wearing pansies.
Me, I'd fire that waste of a Police Chief and send my men and women into these ghettos and clean up the streets, like they were professionally trained to do.
I'd REPORT every incident to the press. If they publish it, great. If not, I'd get on social media and expose the crap out of them for not giving a crap and I wouldn't worry if you voted for me again or not.
In the mean time, all drug dealers and criminals, Chief Duncan is serving pizza 24/7 and her pansy officers will gladly serve you and clean up after you when you are finished.

BREAKING NEWS: US appeals court upholds ruling blocking Trump's immigration order
A federal appeals court in San Francisco upheld the suspension of President Trump's controversial immigration order Thursday -- a decision that could end up in front of the Supreme Court.
The panel of three judges on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals refused to reinstate the order after a federal judge had issued a halt to the order last week.
Trump issued the executive order, which placed a 90-day pause on immigrants from Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Somalia and Sudan, on Jan. 27, causing chaos and outrage at airports across the country. The order also imposed a 120-day pause on all refugees, and an indefinite pause on refugees from Syria.

Proposal makes Maryland a 'sanctuary' state
Democrats in Annapolis are preparing a slew of legislation and other initiatives that they say are direct responses to President Donald Trump and anticipated changes in federal policy. Among them is a bill that would make Maryland a sanctuary state for immigrants without legal status.
Sen. Victor Ramirez, the bill’s sponsor, calls it the “Maryland Trust Act.” The Prince George’s County Democrat said the goal is to ensure that immigrants continue to trust their local police.
“If we allow local law enforcement or local law enforcement is forced to act as immigration agents, what that does is it undermines the community’s trust in policing,” he said. “It affects all of us.”

Charlottesville, VA moves to tear down Robert E. Lee statue, rename park
The Charlottesville City Council is expected to vote to remove a statue of Robert E. Lee and rename the park after a vote last month ended in a tie.
Councilman Bob Fenwick, who abstained from voting on the measure during a Jan. 17 meeting, told The Caviler Daily he now plans to vote to remove the statue and rename Lee Park at the Virginia council’s meeting today.
Fenwick said he initially abstained from voting because he was unsure about the consequences for the move, slated to cost $300,000, and wanted time to consider input from a Blue Ribbon Commission on Race, Memorials and Public Spaces.

Maryland Senators Vote Against DeVos Confirmation
WASHINGTON (AP) — Elisabeth “Betsy” DeVos on Tuesday was confirmed narrowly by the Senate as the secretary of education after Vice President Mike Pence cast an historic, tie-breaking vote, but Maryland’s two senators opposed her, warning she was not qualified.
Maryland Democratic Sens. Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen were among the 50 senators who voted against DeVos.
“It’s done…I would have much preferred the president come in with a more traditional nominee, someone who has experience in education,” Cardin told Capital News Service. “I think that most Republicans would agree with that. As a result, the vice president had to come here to break the tie. That’s how this works.”

Kellogg Announces Major Job Cuts, Facility Closures, Sales Forecast Slashed
Kellogg Company, the nation’s largest breakfast cereal manufacturer, is again announcing major cut backs and has slashed its sales forecast as profits continue to fall.
On February 9 the Michigan-based company cut its sales projections for the year after experiencing another quarterly decline.
The company imagined it would have flat sales but instead found a two percent decline.
“For the quarter ended Dec. 31, Kellogg reported a loss of $53 million, or 15 cents per share,” the Associated Press reported on Thursday. “Not including one-time items, it said it earned 92 cents per share. Analysts expected a profit of 85 cents per share. Total sales were $3.1 billion, slightly better than expected revenue of $3.07 billion.”

Do You Think Saturday Night Live Has Gone Too Far?
Before you give your response I thought I'd share my point of view.
You see, I/We have the choice of turning on the program, or not. I do not turn on Saturday Night Live and haven't done so since my high school days, just being honest.
However, we've all seen clips on television of them cracking on EVERY President. Chevy Chase used to crack on President Ford, tripping and falling all the time. The list goes on and on.
President Trump truly needs to get thicker skin, it's COMEDY! It's FREE SPEECH! Ultimately, he has a country to run and rebuild.
Just my opinion.

Council Approves Inlet Parking Lot Changes; Statistics Show Small Number Of Motorists Will Be Impacted
OCEAN CITY — Satisfied the statistics from last year illustrated a minimal impact on visitors, the Mayor and Council on Monday approved a resolution to reduce the grace period for free parking at the Inlet lot from the current 30 minutes to 20 for the upcoming season.
On the table during Monday’s Mayor and Council meeting was a resolution that would adjust the paid parking fee structure at the Inlet lot to 20-minute increments in an effort to eliminate the need for coin change and keep the line of vehicles attempting to leave the lot moving at certain busy times. However, a by-product of the proposed changes to the fee schedule at the Inlet lot would be a reduction of the free parking grace period from the current 30 minutes to 20 minutes.
When the resolution was presented for first reading in January, it was approved by a rather tenuous 4-3 vote with Councilmen Wayne Hartman, Matt James and John Gehrig opposed. Those opposed voiced concern about the potential impact on those simply driving through the Inlet lot to look at the scenery or others who were picking up or dropping off people at the beach or Boardwalk.

Trayvon Martin’s Parents Write Book On 5-Year Anniversary
It wasn’t supposed to take Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin five years to write a book about the death of their son, Trayvon Martin. But their grief has made finding the words unbearable until now.
Martin’s parents collaborated to write “Rest In Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon Martin,” published Tuesday by Spiegel & Grau. The book recounts the journey of two grieving parents, thrust into the spotlight by tragedy and on some days, still as close to their loss as the day he died.
“The calendar says five years, but it seems like just a few months,” Sybrina Fulton said in an interview with The Associated Press. “I know that we’re still healing.”

Bad moons rising: Hundreds to drop trousers for Trump
Nearly 1,000 anti-Trump protesters are planning to bend over and “moon” Trump Tower in Chicago for 10 seconds “at the crack of 4 p.m.” on Feb. 12
And, somehow, by exposing their bare derrieres in 40-degree weather, they plan to send President Trump “a powerful message” and convince him to release his tax returns.
The partially disrobed gathering, which will be held at 401 N. Wabash Ave., in front of Trump International Hotel & Tower, is called “Operation Kiss Our A–es. Release Your Taxes!” It’s being organized by S#!TSHOW, a comedy group that describes itself as “a satirical news show covering the worst in current events, politics and more.”
At the time of this report, the group’s Facebook page had 3,100 individuals interested in the event and 895 who have RSVP’d, indicating they plan to attend.

Starbucks Continues to Dig Deeper Hole
Just in, Starbucks chain has started to give immigrant employees free legal counsel for their illegal alien issues. It sees the Schultz group doesn't learn from their remarks and is doubling down on their stance.
Once again, US money doesn't seem to be a concern -- what do they say, no one is too big to fall?
Keep up the Starbucks Boycott. Apparently, only money will be the ultimate equalizer.

CBS Poll: Two-Thirds of Democrats Say Islam, Christianity Equally Violent
Almost seven out 10 Democrats believe Islam “encourages violence… about the same as other religions,” according to a new CBS poll.
The trusting attitude towards Islam is revealed in the February 2017 poll follows 17 tumultuous years of attacks against Americans motivated or shaped by Islamic ideology throughout the United States—from the 9/11 atrocity to the Pulse nightclub attack in Florida committed by an observant, orthodox Muslim man from a Muslim family.
Merely one-in-seven Democrats believe that Islam is more violent than other religions, such as Christianity, Mormonism, Judaism, and Buddhism. One-in-ten Democrats believe that Islam is less violent that other religions, according to the poll of 1,019 adults, which was taken Feb. 1 and Feb. 2.
In contrast, Republicans have a far colder view of Islam. Sixty-three percent of Republicans view Islam as aggressive compared to other religions, and only two percent view Islam as more pacific than other faiths.
Former President Barack Obama and other leaders in the Democratic Party have repeatedly suggested that Islam is not more violent than other religions. Obama told Muslims in February 2016 that Islam means “peace,” although it actually means “submission.”

Maryland Lawmakers Move Fast To Brace For Trump Actions
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland lawmakers are moving swiftly to pass a resolution to enable the attorney general to sue the federal government, due to concerns about President Donald Trump’s administration.
A Senate committee voted 9-3 for the resolution Wednesday. It will be on the Senate floor Thursday.
The resolution would give the attorney general the authority to sue the federal government without permission from the governor for actions that may pose a threat to the health or welfare of residents.
